Beautiful apartment located in Seville\\'s Old Town district at 1st floor in a completely renovated house. It is full of character, very safe, with many shops, bars and restaurants, very traditional and modern at the same time quiet and central location.  
  
This spacious duplex furnished with modern and simple style is upstairs bedroom with large double bed Queen Size and a bathroom with sink, toilet and bathtub; besides the beautiful private terrace perfect for breakfast, lunch, sunbathe or enjoy a wine on a warm evening. The ground floor is divided between the compact and fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils; and living room with double sofa bed which makes it ideal for 4 guests.
