With views of the Seville skyline and the Giralda and Cathedral. Enjoying a central location by the famous Alfalfa square, the Cathedral and many other touristical sights, are only a 5 minute walk away. On the lower level is the living room with french windows and silk curtains. Furnished with a sofa, coffee table, armchair and smart TV. Dining table with chairs. Next to the living-room, with a separate entrance is the fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for self-catering. A passage leads to the bedroom, with a double bed of 150 x 200 cm, built-in wardrobe and a window facing the quiet patio of the house. There is a marble-lined bathroom with rain-shower. From the living room, stairs lead to the upper level with a private terrace inviting you to sunbathe or enjoy the balmy Seville nights in good weather and exceptional rooftop views, inlcuding the Giralda and Cathedral. Terrace well furnished and decorated with an extendible canopy awning, deck-chairs and rattan lounge sofas - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. Other features: central air-conditioning (hot/cold), free Wi-Fi internet access, solid cumaru wooden flooring throughout and original artwork. This apartment is on the second floor of a contemporary residential building built in 2008 with an elevator, paved and plant-filled central patio, night-time timed lighting and a video entry-system. Part way through our stay, I noticed a second rep greeting another client/customer with a rental in the same building, so they must be very consistent and attentive. Aug 2, 2018 #### Fantastic location,roof terrace great,apartment had everything you needed I only gave it 4 stars due to the fact there seemed to be a lot of building work around the apartment ,and could get quite noisy, but hopefully this may get finished soon!otherwise a great place ,and great location to explore this beautiful city. The meet and greet was great ,was showed the best local eateries and bars,and everything went smooth.they were very professional as regards booking apartment,so to summarise a wonderful stay , only prob was building noise ,but they don’t work weekends ##### Stephen K.
