Rosa was very responsive. However, the apartment is in need of care. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom (Rosa offered to take care of it). The bathroom in particular needs some deep cleaning. The building was easy to access and we had no issues, the only down side is that there is only 1 bathroom and with 7 people, this wasn't optimal.
