Very difficult to park a bigger or midsize car in the basement garage, works better for a smaller vehicle. Inside the apartment: shabby furniture, inconvenient beds and especially pillows, in the kitchen - old and rusty teapot, no napkins and paper towels, greasy inside microwave.
