Located in the historic centre, about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 5 guests. All rooms have french windows facing the courtyard of the house - making it a quiet place to stay. Other features include central air-conditioning (hot/cold), and free wi-fi internet access. The living-dining area is furnished with a sofa, a central table and a large screen TV. Dining table and 6 chairs. The separate kitchen, off the entrance hall, is fully equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms for 5 guests. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds set up as a double bed of 180x190cm. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bedroom and a work desk. There are two full bathrooms complete with shower. The apartment is located on a pedestrian residential area, very quiet. It is not suitable for celebrations and parties. Next to Arrayán street is the Feria food market. There are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes walking distance. Un appartement d'une très grande propreté, une literie de rêve, une cuisine très bien équipée. Une halte de rêve!!! Profitant de cette situation géographique très pratique, on a pu tout faire à pied. Juste quelques petits détails à faire attention : - les rues autour du bâtiment sont souvent très étroites. Si vous avez un minibus, vous ne pourriez probablement pas utiliser le garage des propriétaires. Trouver une place dans les rues n'est pas toujours chose facile. Les parkings couverts ne sont pas tous dimensionnés pour accueillir des véhicules de gros gabarit. - sans doute dû aux contraintes du lieu, le chauffe-eau ne permet pas aux douches d'être utilisées en même temps - probablement aussi dû aux contraintes du lieu, il n'y a pas d'air conditionné dans la cuisine. Notre séjour s'est bien passé malgré la canicule. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Merci encore Pepa et Salvador ! ##### Huaiyu C. The property is clean and well cared for. It is located about a mile from the main tourist attractions which is great if you are interested in getting to know Seville beyond the famous sites. Little English is spoken in this part of Seville and it helps to know some rudimentary Spanish. The neighborhood is interesting and not as crowded as downtown. We had a great stay! ##### David G. Salvador is wonderful and pure kindness, he took care of our every possible need. The apartment is in a very quiet courtyard, but within seconds of a very active and vibrant neighborhood. The walk downtown is pleasant and interesting, through winding cobblestone old roads. The thing we loved is that there are very few tourists in this part of town, and the local bars and restaurant are almost exclusively locals. The market is a few steps away and there is a fish market every morning right here. We rented bicycles from bike4city about a five minute walk away, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating, flexibly and pleasant. Our favorite restaurant was Fouchat, a Lebanese restaurant within five minutes walk that is ranked the #2 restaurant in Seville, and justifiably so - need a resi though, or you can sit at the bar if there is room. The sights downtown are 15-20 minutes away and there is a nice running/walking/cycling path that runs all the way down the river to the heart of the monumental area. We had a wonderful experience staying at this elegant, extremely clean apartment in Seville. It includes balconies overlooking a beautiful courtyard. We enjoyed our two week stay here with our two teenagers. You are right in the midst of an active neighborhood with delicious tapas places and the Féria Market mere steps away, but are enclosed in a courtyard space that offers a respite from the busy streets. You are also only a 15-20 minute walk from the main tourist attractions (or a 5 minute cab ride). You can tell that there is a true pride of ownership and care that goes into this apartment , and Salvatore, the owner, is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to provide comforts and be available for anything needed. He provided fruit, drinks, coffee, tea, sugars, detailed map, plenty of English guidebooks, and prompt responses and directions to any of our questions. Just to note, There is great a/c, but the kitchen is not air conditioned (you can shut it off from the rest of the apartment. ) We would stay there again, highly recommend! ##### Allyson O. He met us at the apartment and showed us around. His apartment was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere. Communication was excellent and check in was totally smooth. The apartment was absolutely spotless, comfortable, very well appointed and had everything a family of 5 could possibly need. The location is fabulous. All the sights are within easy walking distance. There is a local market with multiple local tapas bars just a few doors down the street. Plenty of shops/supermarkets very close as well. Another good aspect was the apartment is nestled in a courtyard arrangement so at the end of your day it is totally peaceful to come back to . Perhaps the best part of the stay was our host Salvador. He could not have been any more welcoming, helpful and was immediately available for any help or questions. We recently stayed in this beautiful apartment from September 25 to 28 and were very impressed with the attention to details that the owners provided for us.They went to great lengths to greet us and show us the apartment when we arrived and were very friendly. This apartment is tucked away in a beautiful building with quiet courtyards and quite lovely.We were about a 20 minute walk from Seville Cathedral and the Alcazar Palace and there is a grocery store about a 5 minute walk away.We really enjoyed our location and would highly recommend this apartment in Seville- we would return most certainly.Thank you to our host Salvador. ##### Mary D. Getting to the street where the building is located was somewhat difficult because much of the street is blocked off for pedestrian use which the GPS did not know. if driving, I would recommend that you put this address in your navigator, 74 Calle San Luis, the entrance to Calle Arrayan will be on the right. Go one more block and a little more and you will be met by your host, Salvador who will get you into the garage. Warning the space is hard to navigate. We had a Renault Megane station wagon. That is the maximum size car the space will take. Salvador will help you maneuver into the space. Salvador and his wife helped us to move our rather heavy luggage, (as the three of us were away for 2 weeks). to the apartment building. The building is very attractive with a large courtyard.The apartment itself was on the second floor, with no elevator, but Salvador and wife got us in. The apartment is Immaculate and gorgeous. It had two large bedrooms and separate bathrooms. It also has a separate smaller bedroom with a daybed and desk. The Kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful cabinets and china closets. The living/dining room is also large and comfortable. Television viewing is limited to almost all Spanish Stations. So if you are on vacation to watch TV, this could be a constraint. However, if you want to enjoy the streets and activities in the area, you are golden. There seemed to be a Tapas restaurant every 100 feet, and a square with tables outside, filled with diners. We had many good meals. The area is very busy with pedestrians and safe, so walking and exploring is fun. Taxis are a few short blocks away. We had no problem getting around. Uber is apparently not really available and if you had to rely on WIFI it would be difficult to use once you left the building, so look for a normal taxi, which are fairly plentiful. Salvador is a very attentive and energetic host. He was genuinely interested in us being comfortable and having a good time. He had to go out of town, so his son, Salvador Jr. took over providing anything we needed. They are both on What's Ap so you can stay in touch. One morning I wandered up Calle Feria to a street called Calle Relator, I turned right and in a block came upon a bakery. The Croissants still warm and scrumptious. While I was waiting the baker brought out a pie while singing and he and the 2 women clerks started singing and dancing. Much fun. Great hosts, apartment, and stay. ##### Sheldon C.
