It is up some 30 steps on the second floor of a property with other apartments. It's on a busy street, but new windows and shutters keep out the noise. The stove top was not working and the hosts did not respond to three request for help. The host was quick to respond when it was time to pay for parking, but not for assistance. The parking area was quite a distance from the apartment, and was not available due to someone else being parked there. The towels were threadbare.
