All of Seville's well-known monuments and most of the attractions, best restaurants in the city, shops etc. are easily accessible on foot. The apartment is a recently renovated and refurbished 2-bedroom penthouse, including a large furnished terrace with views. It is part of an exclusive house by renowned architect Aníbal González, who designs spaces in Plaza de España and other emblematic buildings in the city with his stamp. Located on the edge of the old historic centre, most of the 'must-see' monuments are within a 10-minute walk. When you enter the apartment you enter an open space where there is a large kitchen with all the necessary appliances as well as a toilet. Going up some stairs you find a large and bright living room. It stands out for its light coming from a large window. From the living room you can access the 2 large bedrooms, both with very comfortable double beds. From the living room you can also access the jewel in the crown of this apartment, its large and always sunny terrace. This is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers for your enjoyment. A 5-minute walk away is La Casa de Pilatos, a prominent 16th-century palace. A 10-minute walk away are the Giralda, the Cathedral and the Reales Alcázares and El Barrio de Santa Cruz. Its gardens and patios and its charming streets will make it absolutely worth a visit. 15-20 minutes from the apartment, the Guadalquivir River, the Torre del Oro, the popular and exclusive Triana district and the Maestranza bullring... The main shopping area, as well as Seville's best-known restaurants, taverns with flamenco shows and authentic tapas bars are also nearby: the Plaza de la Alfalfa, the shopping streets of Tetuán, Sierpes and Cuna are also just a few minutes from each other and from the apartment. The apartment is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. All utilities are included.
