Easy access/paved roads for 2wd car. The space: Enjoy this cozy A-Frame experience as a couple or small family. This is a studio sized structure with roughly 300 sq ft. We do provide a pack n play and air mattress if you chose to bring a small family (items accessed by a ladder and floor space will be tight). Between the pack-n-play and air mattress, there's room for 3-4 people depending on how many kids or babies you're bringing :) You'll love the comfortable beds, the stunning views, the private hot tub, hammock chairs, and sauna under the lights, the games throughout the house, the firepit area with cornhole, putting green and giant connect 4. We strive to put quality linens, supplies, decor, and entertainment in the cabin so that our cabin can serve many families for many years. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay! We also love to travel so we have tried to make the cabin a place that we would want to stay with all of the details covered. The TVs are smart tvs with Apple TV. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. We provide a pack-n-play along with eating ware for the littles. We have little ones of our own and know how important those details are. Other things to note: The TVs are all Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. G maps doesn't take you to the property, but apple maps does. Roads are mostly smooth and easy to get to the property. Some parts are steep and narrow but any car should be able to make it to the property in most weather. Fireplace is electric. All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! They are exterior only and in plain sight. The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs in the home, but again.. you're in the woods. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE! No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We generally provide handsoap, a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, logs, and coffee :) Absolutely no fires outside of the designated outdoor firepit! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. Guest access: You get the whole house! The property also offers self check-in, giving you the flexibility to arrive at your convenience. Guest access The whole cabin and outdoor space is yours :) the long driveway has plenty of parking for 4 average sized vehicles. It is a paved driveway and all paved roads to the cabin so any 2wd car will be fine! This property offers self check-in, giving guests the flexibility to arrive and settle in at their convenience. Other things to note: Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY: We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. Including for weather related or power outage issues. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking. When you make a booking, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property profitably and provide a great experience for all guests. Requests to change your dates are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description as well as the multiple reminders to purchase travel insurance that we send prior to your stay. Pet Policy: We love welcoming dogs as part of the family! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs during their stay. To help us keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, there’s a $85 pet fee per pet per stay. Please note that we’re only able to host dogs (no cats), and any unauthorized pets would incur a $200 fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space enjoyable for all future guests—we can’t wait to host you and your furry friends! Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. While the calendar may allow you to book a check-out on these dates, you will be required to adjust your stay accordingly. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to cancel any affected reservations.
