We had a great time. There were 13 of us ages 8 to 70 and something for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen is well appointed. The views are wonderful. This was our 2nd annual stay and the kids are all ready planning for next year.

This house was absolutely stunning with the most amazing views of the mountains. Aside from the beautiful outdoor amenities, we really appreciated the privacy and unobstructed views from the back porch. This house was truly in a prime location and had everything you could possibly want and need. This will not be our last visit to Tennessee, or this property. Thank you again for allowing my family and I to stay in your home and making our family vacation the best we have ever had.

The property is outstanding! There is something for everyone. Chef's kitchen, office, theater, pool, hot tub and game room.The grandkids (8) had plenty of room.This property will not disappoint.

Amazing Experience in Pigeon Forge

Mimi and Papa hosted the four kids, three in-laws and six beautiful grandkids for a week at Summit Skye. The house was both beautiful and practical. Everything we thought it would be when we first found the house on Mountain Vibe Vacations. While we totally enjoyed Dollywood, Anakeesta, SkyPark and the hiking trails of the Smokey's, the family enjoyed our time at Summit Skye just as much. Bear sightings on my first morning walk in the neighborhood, family meals in the kitchen and indoor/outdoors dining spaces, swim parties and movie nights the house did not disappoint. Looking forward to continue exploring Mountain and Coastal Vibes for future family fun! That might just be at Summit Skye, as we can't imagine much better!

Absolutely unreal property and views! We had such an incredible time at this home, the pictures do not do it justice. The owners were kind and responsive and the check-in was extremely easy as well. My only complaint is that a house this beautiful and spacious, I would expect more supplies in the home like paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. Just be aware of this and plan ahead. The floors were also a little dirty when we arrived, most of us had to wear socks/shoes the whole time. Other than those two minor things, the experience was excellent; we can’t wait to return someday!

Everything was perfect except the main shower had a clog that obviously wasnt cleared or cleaned. The situation was resolved quickly though and everything else was perfect! We plan to book to stay here again!

What a great place to spend my 60th birthday! Mountain Vibe Vacations are phenomenal to work with and the home was beyond my wildest expectations. Truly luxury! Even more beautiful in person. Clean and comfortable even though it is magazine worthy. I highly recommend this rental in the gorgeous Smoky Mountains! The only hiccup was me not reviewing the rooms more carefully before booking. I would consider this a 5 bedroom home. The nook under the stairs is super cool, but is not what I consider an actual bedroom. But, I'd pick it again even with one less bedroom. It's not a chore to sleep in the theater either. We had several naps in those fabulous chairs.

Fabulous Family Fun

The home was outstanding for a family vacation and includes everything anyone could need - indoor pool, pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, movie theatre and Golden Tee. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving in this spacious, open home - and we had everything we needed. The open flow lets everyone be together, whether watching football, playing games, cooking or sharing a meal. The home was even decorated for the holidays. We couldn't have asked for more. I recommend this property and would happily rent again.

I have had the privilege to stay in several properties in The Summit. But I think Summit Skye is my favorite. The layout of the house works great for multiple couples. Beds are comfy especially after a dip in the hot tub. We even had a private chef come prepare a birthday dinner one evening and he was super impressed with the kitchen layout. We spent many an evening on the porch with the fire going looking at the stars. The design of this home is spot on. I honestly can't say enough great things about this neighborhood, this home, and this rental company. Don't hesitate or miss an opportunity to stay here!

Amazing house!

This house is amazing - it truly has everything. It was clean, in excellent condition (just as pictures show) and has amazing views from the back of the house. The owners were wonderful to work with. We had an issue with the hot tub and they immediately sent someone to fix it. The ONLY downfall is that 2 of the bedrooms don't have private bathrooms. The lower level bunk room's bathroom is across the hall, but still in a location for that room and theres a room on the main level that doesn't have a bathroom at all. The couple we had staying in that room shared their bathroom with another couple in the room next door. Not a deal breaker but just something to be aware of while booking-I missed this. Didn't impact our stay at all and we will definitely book here again!

First Class Experience

Where do I start? My group had an AMAZING experience at Summit Skye. The pictures online don't do this beautiful cabin justice! I can tell that the owners spared no expense in selecting finishes for this luxurious abode. The cleanliness A1! The views A1! The functionality A1! Did I mention the indoor pool and theater room? OUTSTANDING! This cabin is in a class all by itself. My husband had to tear me away because I didn't want to leave. LOL! The only somewhat negative critique I received from the older members of our group is that they wish the cabin had an elevator b/c the stairs were a bit steep for them. Nevertheless, I hope to do another group trip at this cabin very soon, as I truly enjoyed and appreciated the luxury accommodations at Summit Skye!

One of the best Vacation Rentals we've stayed

Over the years, my wife and I have stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and this was easily one of the very best. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and detail into making this home exceptional, comfortable and fun for large groups. The house was spacious enough to comfortably host our group of 17 (10 adults and 7 children). Each of the six main bedrooms was equally comfortable there were no “bad rooms” and the mattresses were excellent and provided a solid night sleep (most important in my opinion). The house had an open-concept layout upstairs, with a large kitchen and living room which became the heart of our trip. We cooked every morning and evening there. After dinner, we'd gather on the deck by one of the fireplaces. There was one inside the lanai and one just outside, both perfect spots to relax. The views were amazing and the windows were large and allowed you to soak in the full view. The indoor pool was a huge highlight, especially when the weather didn't cooperate. The kids loved it, but the adults got just as much use out of it. The pool was heated, and the hot tub was fantastic for early morning dips and evening soaks. The game rooms were another bonus: the downstairs shuffleboard table (freshly waxed by the property managers after we called them) played beautifully, and upstairs offered extras like bean bag toss and a poker table. Location-wise, we were only about 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 10 minutes from the alpine coasters. But truthfully, we rarely felt the need to leave the house as it had so muchto keep everyone entertained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. We even spotted a bear nearby which was super cool and a good reminder to keep the doors locked. As with any review, it's fair to mention the very few downsides, though they were minor. The seventh bedroom (with a twin bed) didn't have a door, so no one ended up sleeping there, but there was a pullout sofa in the theater room worked as a great alternative. Also, the kitchen was missing basic measuring spoons. I let the property managers know after we left and they were quick to note this and said it would be something they would address. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and incredibly well designed for large groups. We loved every minute of our stay and would return in a heartbeat.
