Perfect for a family

Perfect cabin for our family and dog. Great communication with host. Roads to cabin are what you would expect but absolutely doable. Hot tub was one of the nicest we've had and views were great.

Beautiful Views

The cabin is in a beautiful and quiet location. It is a shorter drive to activities than google maps would lead you to believe. Very quaint, cozy and rustic. Ron was very attentive to all of my questions and concerns.

The cabin is beautiful and comfortable. It is perfect for a family vacation with children. The cabin has many games and entertainment for children and other family members and the kitchen is equipped with everything one could need. The mountain views are incredible. I thank the owners for their attention, guidance and recommendations.

Our 2025 Spring Break Getaway

I believe we used just about every feature this property has to offer. Of course we enjoyed the wonderful views from the decks, and from inside through the floor to ceiling bank of windows. The outdoor hot tube, with is own incredible view, was amazing. We played games as a family…pool table and arcade games were a bonus in the evenings. We watched the NCAA final four, and finals on the large screen TV. The well equipped kitchen has everything necessary to prepare great meals. We were able to get good use of the grill as well. Ron is a great host, very proactive in anticipating our needs. And what a wonderful area to have a family vacation…so much to do and see. The kids are already planning our return In hopes they can bring friends next time.

It was a nice cabin. It was a little different than expected. I think my family prefers flat land locations better. :) But it was a nice cabin for a mountain experience.

Wonderful place to stay.

Had a wonderful family weekend at this cabin. The area is close to the attractions yet is still remote. The view was beautiful through the 2 story tall wall of windows. The cabin was clean and the floor plan was very nice. I would 100 % recommend this cabin.

Family Vacation

Stayed here with my family. The views were amazing and Ron was an excellent host. The cabin is very large and accommodating. The bears had maybe gotten to the grill but Ron was receptive when I made him aware. The cleaning staff could maybe do a better job in certain areas. All in all it was a wonderful trip and stay. An excellent host!

A View To Always Remember

Although the roads are steep to the cabin, the view alone was well worth it. The cabin floor plan worked well for our families first trip to The Smokies and Ron promptly answered any questions we had during our stay. We certainly look forward to visiting again.

Smoky Mountain High

Beautiful spacious cabin high in the mountains. Views were nice from all levels. Plenty of room for a large family or multiple families. Three separate levels for plenty of privacy. There were several cabins in the area, but it was still quiet and peaceful. The Christmas trees were a nice surprise. Communication from Host was very thorough and helpful. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable week. Great vacation!

Great Views!

Overall it was an amazing place to stay. Great views and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were decent and bathrooms were clean. We came for the views and that was a 5star. Ron was awesome and answered all my questions. Some of the things we were not to happy about... We did wash the bedding when we got there, just not up to our standards. It took several hours to dry. The drive to get to the location is difficult and scary with blind turns, narrow roads and very steep inclines. It was my first time in the mountains like that so I was not used to it. The pool table is not in good shape with tears in the fabric but ok for kids to play on. Other than that I would stay again.

Bright and beautiful

Fantastic mountain view, nice wrap around decks, hot tub was clean and also has great view of mountains. Cabin was clean overall, but one of the comforters needed to be washed. Soft, comfortable beds. Fast internet. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The only downside to this cabin is the greenhouse effect that happens every morning because there are no blinds on the wall of windows. The sun shines so intensely into the main living area that it is uncomfortable to be in. Luckily we visited in the fall so the temperature of the cabin was bearable by opening doors and windows.

Great Host Communication - Great Location - Slightly deceiving photos - Cleaning / Comfort iasues

So first off I dont usually write reviews as I feel very grateful I have the opportunity to travel to the smokeys I'm blessed. Ron has amazing communication. He responded and was patient when I was in a spot with VRBO and had to do a last min booking. I was in contact with 3 hosts, he was the most patient. The location was amazing. It was a super plus that the entire community was guard gated. The neighborhood was a good mountain experience. Just what we were looking for Theres a steep adventure way in and also a easier way in. Currently there is a few houses being built / under construction. This did cause slight issues as they were there making noise all day till about 7pm. There were constant vehicles in front of the house / turning around in the drive. Also the construction is in viewing distance from the hot tub. This caused my wife and daughter to not want to use the Hot Tub until they left. It would have been better for us to know this ahead of time as we could have made a better decision. The next issue was a bed issue. My daughter gets super excited for bunk beds, especially the "top bunk", so we purposely looked for bunk beds. The one here lacked bedding on the top and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. My diaghter said it felt like a plastic bag of springs. Lastly there was some liquid soil marks on one of the bed mattress protectors. I mentioned these to Ron and he was very apologetic said he would correct them.

Beautiful view

The property was clean and as advertised. The view was incredible. The neighborhood was nice, with a pool, pickle ball courts, etc. The only cons (and these are minor) are that the kitchen had the bare minimum of equipment (ie- one small cookie sheet, one very small roll of paper towels, only 3 dishwasher pods). We had everything we needed but just barely. Also, there were a ton of bees on the deck. The manager said they had treated, but there were still a ton. We learned to coexist with the bees and still enjoy the deck. Overall, I would stay there again for the cleanliness, the neighborhood and the view.
