Early Arrival & Late Departure Requests
Early arrival and late departure may be requested on the day of arrival or departure only and are not guaranteed. Approval is based on availability, housekeeping schedules, and is at the sole discretion of the rental company.

Early Arrival – $35
If the property is cleaned, inspected, and ready, an early arrival may be approved between 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM. The rental company will confirm the approved arrival time on the day of check-in.

Late Departure – $35
If scheduling allows, a late departure may be approved for up to 1:00 PM. The rental company will provide the exact approved departure time on the day of check-out.

The fee is $35 per request ($35 for early arrival and $35 for late departure). Payment of the fee does not guarantee availability unless the request has been specifically approved by the rental company.

Please Note: Early arrival and late departure cannot be guaranteed in advance. Guests should plan according to the property's standard check-in and check-out times unless they receive confirmation from the rental company. This request is based on DAY OF.
