PROPERTY: Our gorgeous cabin boasts a gently sloping yard with WOODED VIEWS and grass, an OUTDOOR FIRE PIT (firewood not provided) with wooden benches, and a gravel driveway that has parking for up to six vehicles. Guests can play yard games (we have a cornhole board)! A unique feature and huge peace of mind for parents is that the property has NO STEEP DROP OFFS! MAIN FLOOR: A nicely UPDATED KITCHEN with stainless steal appliances, granite countertops, stocked with necessary cookware and spices. Dining area features a MASSIVE 12 PERSON FARMHOUSE TABLE perfect for large family meals. The Family Room features a 28 ft exposed beam ceiling, large TV with Satellite TV and ROKU (bring your own password), leather sofas, and GAS FIREPLACE (operational Oct 1-April 1). The perfect place to cozy up on the couch and watch a movie. WiFi is available. TWO HUGE MASTER SUITES with cozy memory foam KING sized mattresses, TVs, electric fireplaces, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and JETTED TUB. SECOND FLOOR includes a LOFT/GAME ROOM. Watch TV or play one of the multitude of games including: Skee-ball, a two player arcade, or use the POOL TABLE. The FULL SIZED FUTON is available for use. TWO ADDITIONAL BEDROOM SUITES (each with a QUEEN and a NARROW TWIN) feature cathedral ceilings and their own EN SUITE bathroom (shower only) make up the rest of the floor. Narrow twin beds are great for kids. DECK: Drink your morning coffee out on the EXPANSIVE back deck in our wooden rocking chairs. A PICNIC TABLE and GAS GRILL are great for cooking and enjoying meals outside. Relax in the 5 person HOT TUB after a day of hiking! DISCLOSURE: \-This is a MTN CABIN so guests must drive up MTN ROADS to get to the property. While paved and accessible, parts of these roads are narrow, steep and winding. 4X4 or AWD vehicles are recommended during winter. No R/Vs or campers. \-This cabin features a metal roof and wood floors upstairs. You'll be able to hear rain from the roof and people walking upstairs. \-This cabin is child friendly but not child proof. Children must be supervised. \-Uber/ridesharing apps have a difficult time finding our cabin \-One, visible security camera that captures the top of the driveway and staircase that leads from driveway to cabin. The property was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to be able to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. The owners were very prompt in reaponding to any messages. It is convenient to Gatlinburg and Dollywood (both within 30 minutes). It is a bit of a winding road to get there, but was not too bad. We explored the mountains, visted the Titanic museum, did Anakeesta, and shopped. The cabin was about a 30 min drive to Gatlinburg. Close enough that we didn’t spend the whole day in a car. Fair enough away to get out of the hustle of the city. There were a few things that needed fixed like the ice maker, the handle to the door for the deck and the toilet paper holder in one bath room. Super clean and very comfortable! We stayed here, along with some extended family and everyone was so comfortable. The arcade games & pool table were a huge hit as well! We had an extended family member end up with an unexpected medical emergency and the graciousness, kindness & understanding of the hosts was such a blessing to us. Absolutely 5 star stay from start to finish. We would highly recommend this home! It was a little bit of a drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge but being able to stay somewhere that was outside of the super busy tourist crowds was VERY nice! We loved it here! ##### Jorie P. We enjoyed all that was offered in the cabin from a game room, to a hot tub, rocking chairs on a large patio to enjoy the outdoors and a cozy fire pit. The rooms were large and comfortable. We were close enough to go into Gatlinburg, shop at a local grocery store or go to Pigeon Forge. Nothing was too far away. We enjoyed staying at the cabin a few days enjoying the amenities and relaxing as well. The hosts Kevin & Anna were very attentive through the app giving us hiking suggestions which we did as well as communicating with us. It was a great vacation! We highly recommend! ##### Terri M. It was secluded enough for our family privacy but close enough to all the surrounding fun. Our hosts were excellent and extremely attentive the entire stay! Séjour de 4 nuits en février 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Kirk M. 3 févr. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Very nice property well-maintained We had a great time staying at this location, we had eight family members ranging in age from two years old to 84 years old, we especially liked the way the rooms were laid out with four master bedrooms, having their own bath and shower facilities this made for plenty of privacy, we also enjoyed the full amenities, hot tub, fire, pit, gas grill, we really felt like we were at home.
