We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter's wedding at Dancing Bear. Such an amazing stay - very well maintained and clean. The views are absolutely amazing and the location is perfect!
The cabin is high enough up that the views are wonderful. Great cabin for a family vacation or groups. All rooms are nice sized and comfortable. Enjoyed everything about it.
Great deck for enjoying morning coffee and views of beautiful mountains. Great playroom for our grandchildren. The beds were comfortable and arranged well with baths for every family. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a fantastic stay.
This cabin was perfect for our group of 15. The property was clean and the views were amazing! The location is really convenient with quick access to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg. The hosts were very attentive and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
Our family, ages 2 to 83, had a great time. The house was clean, comfortable, large enough for our group to never feel cramped. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. The wrap around porches were great and the view was spectacular.
Great place for a large group. Enough beds and space for everyone. The views of the Smoky Mountains are spectacular. Close enough to Pigeon Forge but yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
We had an amazing time!!! With every bedroom having its own bathroom, this house was perfect for adult couples! We enjoyed the fire pit and pool table!! The views are amazing and we even saw bears a few times on the drive to the cabin! I would highly recommend! Perfect location, just around 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge!!!
Fantastic space with an amazing view. The house was well furnished, clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to just about anything you want to do in the area. The frequent bear visits were unexpected, but they never bothered us. If we’re in Tennessee again, we’ll want to stay there.
We were here for my daughter and future son in law’s bachelor and bachelorette weekend. We really enjoyed our stay, the views, the pool table, hot tub and amazing views! We were visited by a mama bear and her two cubs the day we left. We will definitely visit again!
We stayed 7 days in this beautiful home with wonderful views! Total of 14 of us from 7yrs old to 56, and EVERYONE loved it! Saw a total of 6 different Bears (Mom and her 3 cubs, a teenager, and big poppa bear)! This place is a MUST STAY if your visiting the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
Our stay was absolutely beautiful. The place is just as described. It’s all about the view of the mountains. The privacy and the solitude it offers for just you and your group.
I hope to return again and stay longer next time.
Kudos to the owners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our group of 10 friends really enjoyed our stay. We visited the area to do the Cades Cove Loop Lope, reconnect, and relax. The house was impeccably clean, offered plenty of comfortable spaces to both relax quietly and gather all together. The owners were responsive and helpful and their level of care is the best I’ve experienced. Five stars all around.
We really enjoyed this property. We were a group of Combat Vets that have varying physical issues and this cabin had several entry points that made it super easy to accommodate. It allowed us plenty of room to hang out and dine together. Owners were quickly responsive with questions. No issues and beautiful cabin!
What a deal, the cabin was excellent and the views were spectacular. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed and more. The price was very reasonable for what you get. The only downside was we had to leave a day early. Not the property or managers fault. A bad snowstorm was starting and the manager recommended we leave early because we could be stuck there for awhile. It was good advice.
This is a wonderful property, with plenty of room for our group of 10 adults. The view from the deck was incredible, with plenty of comfortable seating. What a treat to see a Mama bear and her two cubs, as well as another single bear who were just calmly checking things out on the first morning. Beds were comfortable and the owners were very responsive. Plan to come back in the future. Highly recommend.
Easily the best view on the mountain side. Plenty of room for the 12 people we had and great for all ages. Bathrooms needed ventilation fans because the humidity caused by showers was causing mold. Also needed some work done on some leaking gutters and the deck but definitely worth every penny. I am looking forward to coming back at some point.
Great location and view. Privacy was an added bonus with surrounding trees and no other cabins really close by. Expect to see some bears, which was really exciting. The decks are spacious with plenty of seating. It was nice to have the big front porch and back deck to choose between either sun or shade. We definitely enjoyed sitting around the outdoor fire pit. Inside is a nice open floor plan with plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable as well. Also, plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles. Overall a great value for a 6-bedroom cabin and I’m sure we’ll try to stay here again.
My husband and I and our three children and their families (8 adults and 5 children) stayed for a sampling of the Great Smoky Mountains. The place was amazing and the view was spectacular -- including the double rainbow one afternoon. We had many activity choices at our fingertips conveniently located to the cabin. The kids were in awe as we had bears visiting the yard each day. The accommodations were very comfortable and everything we needed was right there. Beautiful experience. The park was teeming with people, but our retreat.was a nice getaway from the crowds and the perfect place for us to stay!
This cabin more than met my expectations for my family. At max there were 15 of us with sleeping space for all. We enjoyed a lot of porch sitting with great conversations and views. Saw bears most evenings passing by the cabin or the fire pit. The tables in dining area were great for eating, playing games, and working puzzles(we worked 3 that were provided over the week). The cabin is within 30 minutes of Cades Cove(more bears) and Dollywood. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. I would definitely recommend this cabin!
Bunch of old guys getting together to play games and complain about the world
We are a bunch of agitated old men. We don't like politics, people, technology, or our jobs. Frankly, we don't like each other very much either. The only thing we seem to like is coming to this cabin once a year to drink beer, play games, and commiserate about growing older. The view is beautiful, everyone gets their own room, we can hike the park nearby, and we can spill cold water from the deck above onto Daniel's head when he's in the hot tub.
We vacationed with our teenager, adult children and their families. Ages ranged from 9 months-50yrs and this place worked really well for our whole crew. Everyone had enough personal space as well as plenty of space to hang out, eat dinners together and relax in the common areas or on the porches. Beautiful views all around and plenty of outdoor areas and seating. Kitchen was well stocked and we loved that there was enough table seating for all of us in the dining area. We were there in late April and the days were warm but nights still got cold. The heater didn’t work one night but the owners were very quick to respond and get that fixed and we had no other issues during our stay. Lovely home all around.
This was our 8th yearly family gathering in Gatlinburg (age range from1 year old to 80 years old). We have always used the same property but for this visit that property was not available. So when rented this property, WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! Property provides space for large gatherings as well a space for individuals looking for some alone time. Plenty of parking. Several great restaurants within minutes of lodge as well as shopping opportunities. Easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The drive to Gatlinburg through the National Park was easy and beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving. Plenty of space for large groups to sit and enjoy a meal together. Communication with property owners was easy. Property provides everything you could expect when accommodating a large group! You wont be disappointed.
We had close to 20 of our family members staying over Christmas and there was plenty of room for everyone, on top of plenty of things for all the kids to do. It was very clean and welcoming. The host were also very responsive. I would highly recommend booking this cabin for a great family getaway.
