We booked a stay for Feb 1st thru 8th.When we got to Sevierville on the 1st host informed us that fire dept sent his cleaning crew back down the mountain so we could not access cabin that day but chances are we would be able to check in next day. We decide to try and get to the cabin the next morning.We make it up, but couldn’t get up the driveway due to ice. We get permission from host to access cabin so we unload all of our belongings, making several trips toting it all up a very steep slippery driveway. Shortly after we all get settled we find out the cabin has no water. We contact host, my husband tries to see if he can figure out the issue because the last thing we want to do is pack up and tote everything back down the driveway and start looking for another cabin but a week with 15 people including babies without water was not an option. Vrbo sent an email stating that host said he would refund the remaining nights if we vacate the property promptly which we did. Host has now refused to refund and then lied to Vrbo by telling them we were looking for an excuse to cancel before we even arrived. I had checked with him beforehand just checking the weather and if cabin was accessible but we were not looking to stay elsewhere. If we didn’t want to stay we surely wouldn’t have unloaded all of our stuff and carried it up 3 stories of ice and snow! Did learn a lesson though and will never book another stay anywhere without purchasing insurance.

Host was great, Whoever he pays or we pay to clean should be fired! If I was the host , I would be so embarrassed if I had guest show up to my rental and it end up being so filthy. Found a plate of food on fridge, half eaten Kit Kat under down stairs bed, along with years worth of dust , trash .. Same for all areas .. Found a shoe and trash , dust bunnies under our bed…. But, the most important thing to know , bedding had dirt all in it on every bed’, top blanket , smelled… then the places with carpet , not vacuumed at all … I have pictures… But I honestly believe it’s not the host, just the cleaning company… let’s just say the sticky floor left everyone needing to keep on shoes or ruin your socks, they were black ! Forgot to take a picture of the food plate lol it was on a Christmas plate.. That was actually funny! But a big thanks to the host , they were spot on when we had any questions and we were able to add a day .. Thank you . Would stay again , and just know to bring cleaner, just in case …

This house was the perfect place for my mom’s birthday weekend. We especially loved the outdoor space with the fire pit. Host was very responsive with any and all questions I asked. The kitchen was well stocked though it would have been nice to have a few more serving utensils for all the home cooking we did. Bedrooms were cozy and pillows were nice. All of the adults would have liked a firmer mattress but the kids didn’t care.

Cabin was just as photos looked online. Host was very responsive to messages. Only 10 to 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and lots of stuff to do. We had an awesome time. The hut tub was very clean and perfect for cool fall evenings.

The cabin was nestled into the woods with a nice driveway to tuck it away from the rest of the cabins. This provided the secluded feeling we wanted while providing everything within a short drive. While it may seem like a smaller cabin, the floorplan is phenomenal and provided plenty of space for 3 teenagers, a toddler and 5 adults. The cabin is well kept and maintained. We enjoyed being able to relax with all of the amenities provided. I highly recommend this for a family getaway, a group of friends or just a couple looking to get away. The host was awesome from reservation to checkout. Dont let this one pass you by

The location of the cabin was very nice, peaceful & quiet area. Driveway is very steep so make sure to be careful if going in winter months. Over all cabin was very spacious! The only thing I would say if you are taking younger children, make sure to bring a baby gate as their steps are also steep inside of the cabin. We had some small issues but thankfully the host was on it & fixed the issues right away. Host was very quick with communicating!!

It was an awesome vacation. Great house for a large family. Driveway was a little difficult in a 12 passenger van. Had a nice friendly visit from a bear. Would love to come back in a few years.

#### Roomy and cozy. 

This property was awesome for our spring break week! We are 4 families with 7 teens and tweens between us. The basement was the perfect hangout spot for the kids. They had a blast having their own space away from the grown ups. The grown ups enjoyed lively conversations in the living areas on the main floor. The house is convenient to many attractions and shopping. But secluded enough to feel private and cozy. My only suggestion would be to add a door or curtain on the sun room where the daybed is for a little privacy. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this property for groups with older children.

#### Secluded Cabin with plenty of beds 

We loved the cabin. It was great for our toddler with the gates on the porch and door that closes to downstairs. We enjoyed the secluded area and fire pit outside. There was plenty of beds for the kids to spread out.
