CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST. 2\. This is a NON-SMOKING cabin, smoking is allowed on the deck, please dispose of Butts properly. If this rule is broken and the cabin needs to me remediated a 250.00 fine will be applied. 3\. MINIMUM AGE LIMIT - We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4\. \*\*PAYMENT A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit Cards are the only form of payment excepted. 5\. \*\*CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 6\. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING / NON-PET FRIENDLY CABIN – If this rule is broken a 250.00 fine will be charged for each rule broken. 7\. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons. 8\. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 9\. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 10\. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However maid services are available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the bin out front. An additional charge may be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed. 11\. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice. 12\. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period. \*\* Each site may have their own rules that we may need to follow. Smoking is permitted on the deck, please discard cigarette butts in the proper place. If this rule is broken and we have a problem and need to remediate there will be a 250.00 fine to pay for such remediation. 3\. If this quiet time is abused you may be asked to leave the cabin. Please respect your neighbors. 7\.
