Very nice property. Clean, spacious, had all we needed. Pool table and arcade game was a plus! Kids loved the indoor pool on the resort. Quiet retreat and close to everything we wanted to do in the Smoky Mountains.
This little cabin was the perfect getaway. Everything in the description was perfectly stated. Brand new hot tub, that was amazing. We will definitely be back to this jewel soon!
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and it was terrific! Everything was as advertised, clean, easy to get to, and in perfect condition. As an out of state military member, it meant a lot to us that the owners were prompt and accurate in their communication with us, and we couldn’t have had a better time. We will be coming back in the future!
We had the best time at “The Little Chateau” for our long weekend in July. The property is well taken care of and very clean. We enjoyed how relaxing and peaceful our weekend was. The hot tub was amazing and the kids loved spending time at the pools on site. Our hosts were very attentive checking in with us and keeping in contact in case we needed anything during our stay. We would love to stay again anytime!
Our stay was fantastic! The cabin was incredibly clean and well kept. The resort was easy to find and the drive to the cabin wasn’t bad at all. There’s easy parking right in front with no steep driveway (yay!). Our hosts kept in contact if needed and made sure our stay was excellent. Highly recommend this cabin for a couple or small family. Hot tub was clean.
We wanted an affordable getaway so we could spend more on the daily activities with the kids, and we wanted to be relatively close to Pigeon Forge. Done and done! A little adult time on the back porch was a great way to wrap up the day while the kids decompressed in the loft.

We did a quick getaway with our family, and this was a perfect little getaway! The cabin was wonderful, updated and we had everything we needed. We will for sure be back!
We stayed for Jeep Invasion so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the whole property but I can tell you that the Cabin was great. Spacious, clean, beautiful and the biggest plus was the parking area. This cabin was very easy to find and accessible. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We will definitely book again. :)
Was delayed at first. Host communication kept us updated and everything ran smoothly. Cabin was clean and well kept. We had problems with internet during the morning and with no cell service was hard to search for things to do.
I wanted to reach out regarding our stay this weekend because I am very disappointed with the condition of the rental and the lack of amenities that were available during our trip. The air conditioning did not work for approximately a day and a half, and the temperature inside the cabin reached 87 degrees. We spent a significant portion of our stay in an extremely uncomfortable environment. Additionally, the Wi-Fi never worked, and because there was no cell service in the area, we were left without any reliable way to communicate or access the internet for the duration of our stay.We also discovered that the bed sheets on one of the beds were dirty upon arrival. While I appreciate that housekeeping was contacted, no one actually came to change them. Instead, we were handed clean sheets and expected to change them ourselves, which is not something guests should have to do when paying for a vacation rental. These were not minor inconveniences. We specifically paid for a cabin with working amenities and clean accommodations, and unfortunately that is not what we received. The lack of air conditioning alone had a major impact on our trip, and when combined with the Wi-Fi issues and cleanliness concerns, I do not feel we received the experience we paid for.
The location of this cabin was convenient for accessing Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the parks. The host was responsive when we initially asked about the living room fireplace; however, we did not receive follow-up after sharing additional concerns.During our stay, the jacuzzi tub jets did not appear to function after the tub was filled. We also noticed loud activity in the ceiling area at night (scratching and scuttling sounds), which disrupted sleep for our children. These concerns were shared with the host.We observed visible mold growth at the peak of the ceiling, which was concerning, particularly alongside the apparent pest activity.Additional maintenance and upkeep issues included nonstick cookware with flaking surfaces that could not be used, requiring us to purchase a pan; non-functioning lights above the shower and on the microwave hood; a dusty living room ceiling fan; and a fireplace that did not work during our stay. The master bedroom carpet was torn in multiple areas with exposed plywood underneath.Overall, while the cabin provided a convenient base for our trip, several maintenance issues remained unresolved, and we did not receive further communication from the host after the initial exchange.
Communication with the property owner was very easy and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful cabin and all the activities the resort had to offer. The kids enjoyed both pools and the putt putt as well as picking fresh blackberries across from the cabin. Next time we are in the area I will definitely consider staying here again or at any other properties the owners have.
