Summary:
This cabin is at the very top of the mountain in a cul-de-sac with breathtaking mountain views, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Just 2.5 miles from Dollywood, miles from The Island in Pigeon Forge, 13 miles from the Gatlinburg runway, & 15 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Close to everything yet far enough away to be considered private & secluded. Enjoy a massive lit up firepit, game room, 8-person dinner table, 3 bedrooms with HDTV’s, and 3 full bathrooms.
The Space:
We offer a covered carport for one vehicle (rare amenity in a mountain rental) where you can enter the cabin directly. No carrying groceries and luggage through the rain or snow, just pull up and enter through the carport with a keyless entry. There is enough space in the driveway for six cars in total.
Once you walk through the keyless entry in the carport, you'll walk straight into the game room! Inside the game room there is a high quality, full size Connelly pool table along with a new arcade game machine with 60 classic games sure to entertain. Got what it takes to beat the high score in Ms. Pacman? If you do, send us a screenshot and receive $100 off your next stay!
Also in the gameroom is a 65" Samsung SmartTV for everyone to kick back & enjoy. In front of the TV is a sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two, as well as a love chair.
The first master bedroom is located downstairs and features a king size bed, 43" HD Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. Also inside the first master bedroom is a private, spacious, newly renovated adjoining bathroom with a standup, tiled shower.
Walk upstairs and enter a large recently renovated rustic living room with panoramic views of the mountains. Relax on the couch or loveseat and enjoy the 65" fully mounted Samsung HD Smart TV. There is a propane fireplace located under the TV with an easy to use timer. Behind the couch you'll find two comfortable chairs with a checkers table in-between. There are a number of board games under the checkers table for your enjoyment as well.
Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with new granite countertops. We offer all utensils, small appliances, pots, pans, etc. so the family can enjoy a home cooked meal and have everything needed at your disposal.
Outside the kitchen is a large 8-seat dinner table with a beautiful pendant hanging from the ceiling. We have a high chair as well!
In the hallway behind the kitchen you'll find a full washer and dryer in case any laundry needs to be done during your stay.
The second master bedroom features a king size bed, 43" fully mounted Smart TV, walk-in closet, as well as a full private bathroom connected.
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin-size bunk beds in addition to a 32" Smart TV with a full mount for everyone on the bunks to tune-in. The full bathroom in the hallway provides easy access for those staying in bedroom 3.
Just outside the living room, one of the two decks looks directly out on the mountains with spectacular views. There is one high top table, two high top chairs, and one end table with two seating chairs. Perfect for morning coffees during sunrise or cocktails during sunset!
Walk out behind the kitchen table onto the back patio and you are met by a new covered hot tub for you to enjoy while soaking in the beautiful mountain views and spacious backyard. Another great spot for morning coffees during sunrise or cocktails during sunset! There is also a four person table and chairs in case people want to play cards, hang out, or eat outside.
At the bottom of the back patio is a newly renovated \~260 square foot, lit-up circular fire pit with 8 chairs and plenty of room to relax and soak in the lovely mountain views. It is surrounded by hanging lights so everyone can enjoy during the night time. There is a light switch on the side of the house near the fire pit for easy access. Also near the fire pit is a park grill in case you want to cook outside for the family.

The $125 pet fee is charged through the resolution center shortly after you make a reservation.
Below the fire pit is a .5 acre yard slanted backyard for the kids to play.
We take great pride in your stay and hope you make great memories in our cabin.
The Neighborhood:
Secluded at the very top of Springer Road yet still close to everything. You can take a walk down Springer Road and see the pasture next door while taking in the beautiful mountain views.
Getting Around:
Ubers and Lyft are accessible from the cabin, as well as grocery delivery through Smokey Mountain Grocery.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with a $125 fee! This is charged through the resolution center after you book. i.e. if you have 3 dogs, it is still a one-time fee of $125

The cabin was lovely and clean. I really enjoyed the privacy and the views. The backyard doesn’t face any other cabins, and there is only one close by. It is very close to both sides of town but far out enough to be in the secluded woods with high views. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the water pressure was great. The hot tub was super relaxing and worked well. The fire out and seating was nice. The dogs had a great time as well with a decent yard to scout. My only feedback that may need addressed is that most of the kitchen cookware needs replaced as it is old and damaged. The WI-FI was spotty as well but this did not bother me as much because I wasn’t there to be in devices. I was there to enjoy the view of the mountains and for relaxing. However, at night, it did bother the kids who are addicted to their devices of course lol. Also, the I did not understand the sauna. We followed the instructions and it never got steamy or anything. It was just like an outdoor mini cabin with a dry heater. I would give more detail on how to work that or maybe we did something wrong, but we followed the instructions so not sure why it never steamed as a sauna should. Overall, our stay was lovely and the property owners were friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay again!

#### The Perfect Cabin
Prime location! It was in an amazing spot because we were close to down town Pigeon Forge and yet we felt we were in a remote part of the mountains. It was an easy drive to get to the cabin and the views were spectacular. We had a question about the Sauna (which was one of our guests favorite amenities) and Elliot responded within minutes. We’d definitely recommend this Cabin for large families.

#### Our 50th Anniversary Vacation
We chose this cabin for our 50th anniversary vacation and it was wonderful. It was everything it was advertised to be and more. It had all the little extras that made our celebration perfect. Eliot, the owner, was super to work with and always available if we had a question or concern from the time of booking till we headed home. And he was so friendly and nice as well. Yes, we would definitely recommend this cabin and stay there again if we have the opportunity.

#### Quaint cabin in great private location with every amenity
The property was perfect for our visit to Dollywood, it would be hard to find a place any closer. Decorated nicely with every amenity in place that we needed. We especially loved the private backyard and undercover parking (it rained while we were staying there). The game room was a special treat for all of us (adults included), as we were able to introduce our kids to video games like Ms Pac-man and Galaga and Frogger, and play billiards together. We will be back!

#### Great getaway
We loved our stay at reds peak. You felt totally remote but convenient drive to all the things in Pigeon Forge. Dollywood is so close. Easy in and out to get there. It’s quiet and peaceful at the cabin with two decks and great Mountain Views. A nice yard for the dog to go outside and I didn’t see any bears so I wasn’t nervous letting her out at night. Kids loved the game room. Had king size beds (love!) for the adults and 4 bunks for the kids. Has tvs all over and nice good size tvs to watch not tiny small screens like other places had. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but homeowners were very responsive when we messaged back and forth. Kitchen had all the tools we needed to make some meals. Full size washer and dryer. Nice hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Red’s Peak is a beautiful spacious cabin!
The cabin was very clean and communication with the host was great. Easy check in and check out. It rained every day of our stay, so we ended up spending most of our time indoors. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal. The pool table was fun for the whole family, and we enjoyed the board games as well. We used the fire pit outside to make s’mores one night and enjoyed the peace and quite of being at the top of the mountain. The views each morning from the porch were wonderful. Red's Peak cabin is truly a beautiful, peaceful place for some rest and relaxation!

On 2 nights the ADP alarm system went off for no apparent reason. The second time was at 2PM and we could not contact the property agent. Fortunately it went off at 3 PM. Otherwise everything else was clean, and as advertised.

#### Overall the house was fine.
Upstairs master bedroom mattress is caved/sunkenin the middle. However, the bunk bed mattresses and the king bed in downstairs bedroom were fine! The unit was clean. Only saw one large ball of hair (?) beside the Christmas tree. And the top of fridge was dirty. Only saw because we are 6 ft. Lol In regard to location to Dollywood, it was convenient. Thanks!

#### Thanksgiving Family Vacation
The cabin was as advertised. Clean and well appointed. Our group was 5 adults 35 to 63 and 5 children, 6 to 11\. Everyone had a great time, plenty of space to spread out and things to do snd enjoy. What a great experience we had! I have nothing but praise to sing for our hosts. I felt they were extremely welcoming, easy going, and had incredibly prompt response times--begore, during, and after our stay. The cabin was spotless and set up very well. We pushed it to the max number of guests but it was still comfortable for everyone. The location is pretty much perfect. It's far enough away that you can really feel the peace and beauty of nature, but close enough to anything you could ever want that you don't have to spend too much car time. Overall, we definitely would recommend!

#### Family Get Away
There were 11 of us from Texas, ranging from 3 to 66\. We had an amazing time in the area, and the cabin was a perfect spot for us. Plenty of room with enough on site amenities to keep us busy while at “home”.

#### Perfect location and beautiful views
We had a wonderful time at Red’s. It is in a very convenient location to all the attractions but also secluded. The views are awesome. Everyone enjoyed the game room with pool table and arcade machine. Highly recommend!

#### Excellent stay
The cabin felt secluded but still close to amenities. The hosts are fantastic and provide you with everything you need. The cabin is beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this cabin for families or groups.

#### Home away from home
We absolutely loved this beautiful place. Very spacious and loaded with amenities. The kitchen was stocked and had coffee and hot chocolate available until we could get to the store. The beds were so very comfy. Laundry was available. The hot tub and fire pit were used nightly. The lights overhead made it safe and beautiful. We will definitely be back! Plenty of room to spread out even with 6 people there.

Property was beautiful and the location was perfect! The house had a lot of great amenities. The fire pit was GORGEOUS and everyone in my family enjoyed the stay. We would definitely like to stay at this cabin when we come back.
