Escape to the serene beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains at Rally Point, a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom cabin nestled along a tranquil creek. With stunning tongue-and-groove walls, barn doors, and a wraparound deck, this cabin is perfect for relaxation, family fun, or a pet-friendly getaway. Relaxation & Views: Hot tub on the deck overlooking the creek, perfect for unwinding. Comfortable Living: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 cozy fireplaces, and open living spaces. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST. 2\. This is a NON SMOKING cabin. 3\. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4\. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking and remaining 50% due 14 days prior to arrival. If reserving less than 60 days in advance, half will be due upon signing the contract and half 14 days prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the cabin rent. Please make payments in the form of credit card. 5\. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation for a 100% refund. A 50% refund between 15 and 29 days before check in. Late cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 6\. PET FEES – This is a pet friendly cabin although there is a 95.00 pet fee involved. There may be additional fees involved with additional pets. 7\. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge or $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. 8\. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 9\. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 10\. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring pool towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster out front. If this rule is broken and we have a problem and need to remediate there will be a 250.00 fine to pay for such remediation. 3\. Minimum Age requirement - We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4\. \*\*Payment – We require a 50% deposit to reserve your dates and the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival 5\. \*\*Cancelations - A Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. The cabin itself was wonderful. We traveled with 3 adults and theee kids. Everyone absolutely loved the cabin. Something we werent 100% sure on was where exactly we would be. It was close to town and that was good enough for us when we booked our stay, but man! What a beautiful drive to get to this location. Wildlife, nature, rolling creeks. And only a twenty min drive to Pigeon Forge. Couldnt have asked for much more. Thanks to our host for being easy to get ahold of for minor communications. Great stay overall. ##### Justin M. My kids enjoyed this place. We loved the upstairs view. The only problem was the water smelled badly and the shower heads needed soaking and cleaning. The deck was a great place to relax and enjoy the quietness. The location was perfect in that we were able to go to Pigeon Forge for a couple of days as well as spend time in Gatlinburg. It was tastefully decorated. The host communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check in. I grew up in this neighborhood and it was a really nice feeling to come home for a week and spend it in a cute cabin. I really loved the fact it was a monitored gated community. That really made me and my family feel safe. The property was initially great. Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. However, there are a few maintenance and updates that need to be made. 2 out of the 3 toilet seats felt like they were going to come off and pinched the back of your legs when you sat down. The kitchen sink faucet was broken and sprayed in a wild fashion. If you opened the dishwasher the piece underneath the door would fall off. Also the bed that is in the downstairs bedroom has a very flimsy frame and a mattress that has seen better days. When we went to wash our clothes , there was duct tape keeping the dryer door shut. I’ve cleaned homes for 20 years so I probably see things others don’t. Attention to detail and pride in your work goes a long way. The area that the cabin was in was great. We felt very safe as the cabin was located within a gated community. Very easy check in. Simplified directions made everything easy to understand. Make sure to read the binder during your stay. Especially the convenient supplies that most everyone uses like sugar, spices, cleaning spray....No sponges to wash the dishes only one roll of very cheap paper towels and the amount of dust was overwhelming. Not sure if the place is rented often, I would recommend someone going in and changing the dehumidifier at least once a day, twice would be helpful. ##### Jill M. Nice property that could use some updates. Had nice kitchen with appliances and necessary items, comfortable couch in TV room, nice beds. The hot tub was off when we arrived, so using it for one of our two weekend nights was out of the question. As a heads up, the hot tub is directly in front of the cabin, facing the road. There is a small wall that partially blocks a view from passing cars, but you're still going to be visible to vehicles the majority of the time. One of the tv remotes did not work due to no batteries, and other remotes were not in the same room as the device to which they were paired. Clean, well kept with tasteful Decor that matched the cabin. The cabin is across the street from a creek, it was so relaxing listening to the water flowing over the rocks from the 2nd story spacious deck. Hot tub was clean, functional and so enjoyable. This cabin is in a gated community with a resort type feel. The shared pool, basketball and tennis court was very nice! There were tennis racquets, basketballs, a bag game etc provided for anyone to use. This place exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend visiting this cabin if you are looking for a beautiful property to enjoy nature but also would like to be close to all the areas main attractions in the Pigeon Forge area.
