This cabin was perfect for my family of 3. Loved the layout and everything about it. Plenty of towels, extra laundry detergent, dish detergent and small toiletries are provided which was very appreciated. The owner was awesome with checking in and making sure everything was good. This was our first time being in Sevierville and it won’t be our last!

The good- The views and the porches on the cabin are wonderful. The cabin was stocked with games and also had a great hot tub, to really make the place extra cozy. The cabin was well stocked to cook what we needed.The bad- There is nothing in the listing, and we were not informed until we recieved our check in packet, that a 4x4 is highly recommended in the winter (there are signs on the road to the cabin stating 4x4 or chains required in the winter). The road into the cabin is narrow and super steep and windy. We didn't realize how remote we were going to be, and ended up not going into Pigeon Forge as much as we usually do. This is applealing in some ways, as it forced us to slow down, but we would probably not rent here again as we like to come and go throughout the day. The thermostat was weird and no matter what, kept resetting itself, which was not great as it got down to 16 degrees one night of our stay... and the downstairs pull out sofa room gets freezing, with only a space heater. All in all, we had a relaxing time as a family of 6 here, but would not rent again.

Overall a great place to stay. The cabin lacked in cleanliness. There were pieces of food left in the floor in the living room and the gas logs didn’t work. The only shower with hot water was the upstairs shower, the other had “warm” water.

Cabin was beautiful and very clean. Enjoyed the game room. Enjoyed the hot tub even though a few of the jets didn't work. Beautiful views. Bed was a little to high for us on the main level had hard time getting into the bed and the blankets on bed had a musky smell. We didn't use the top level. The couches are showing age and could use replacing but that's being nic picky. I loved the shower on main level. Would definitely stay again, thank you for a lovely stay and we had a wonderful time.

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary! Check In and Out was very simple, the cabin is very clean with many amenities. I personally enjoyed the small touches of home like the embroidery on the towels and sheets. Location is private and secluded with beautiful views from the decks and still close to town. The owner checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we didnt need anything. We will definitely be back to visit.

Great communication with host. Cabin was nice and very secluded. I couldn’t see another cabin from the front door or the back deck. It is up in the mountains but still has good internet. I’d stay there again

The cabin was absolutely amazing! Every detail added to the comfort and warmth of a true home-away-from-home experience. The views were breathtaking, and the cabin was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, along with a wonderful selection of amenities. The hot tub was the highlight for me, the perfect way to relax and unwind. My husband, teen son, and I enjoyed two of the most peaceful, refreshing days here, and it was worth every penny. The owner was incredibly communicative and checked in often to ensure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this cabin to family and friends!

Loved our stay at Cozy and Comfy. Close to town but secluded. Beautiful cabin, very clean and feels like home. Beautiful view off the back decks. Check in and out was very easy and communication with host is very easy. She checked on us through out our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Can’t wait for our next visit.

The cabin was ok for a quick weekend visit. Needed a deep clean and some renovations. The furniture is old and torn in some places. I could not get the main shower head to turn on so we did not use the master shower. The AC is kind of weird and would go back to auto/remote after changing the temp and pressing hold. The downstairs stays cooler than upstairs. The road to get there is a GRAVEL ROAD and very narrow and steep. Do not recommend if you do not have a 4 wheel drive or if you have a newer car that you don’t want to get dirty and muddy. Lots of spider webs on the outside furniture so be careful. The hot tub worked fine and the main TV worked as well. The kitchen has plenty of supplies. We did not cook anything but did used the fridge. The plus is it is very private and no neighbors, so if you want seclusion and don’t mind an older cabin this one is for you.

Comfy and Cozy was aptly named. The cabin felt like home. It was our first stay in the Smoky Mountains and we were overwhelmed by the beauty and hospitality of the area. The cabin was clean and roomy. The first floor master suite was comfortable and the matress provided restful sleep after long days. Our young adult son enjoyed the privacy and view from bis second floor bedroom. He spent time relaaxing on his own private deck. Our teenage son loved the downstairs gameroom. We spent evenings there playing pool and air hockey. My husband even honed his tetris and pac man skills. Early morning and evening views from the hit tub were stunning. We saw several bears, a variety of birds and were even able to watch the nightly Dollywood fireworks over the mountains. Comfy and Cozy provided the perfect stay for our vacation. It was centrally located minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge yet was far enough to feel secluded. We were grateful for our 4 wheel drive vehicle for the drive up and down the mountain. We thank our gracious hosts for sharing their cabin with us.
