You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. \- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. \- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. \- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. \- There is space for RV or Trailer parking, but no RV hookup. \- Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal. \- Driveway is somewhat steep, so please take precautions and go slow in wet or icy conditions. \- The Fireplace is only operational from October 1-April 1. \- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town. \- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property. \- No food or drink in the hot tub. \- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking, you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary. \- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days. The negatives are a super squeaky bed on the main floor, I mean like any movements wake up the house. No pool table as described, pictures must be older because no connect 4 game on the deck. You must sign a contract with an outside management company which is another step. Whatever you do, you must bring everything other than dishes and minimal cleaning products. Only had one roll of paper towels, no coffee filters, no hand soap in bathrooms, dishwashing detergent for two loads but you must wash dishes before you leave. The outside grill was filthy but my son cleaned it. I was asked not to leave a review unless it was a 5 star review. In fairness to the consumer, you should know what to expect and decide if you can live with it. ##### Melissa S.
