Just 10-15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Sevierville Convention Center, and the LeConte Center. 20 minutes from Dollywood, and 20-30 minutes from Gatlinburg. It was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings during the day. We appreciated the fact that our family dogs could join us.However, we did run into an issue that made sleeping challenging. During the day we could clearly hear bats squeaking and chirping in the back eves, especially in the upstairs bedroom. Once it was dark, the noise was constant and loud enough that we ultimately chose not to use the upper bedroom at all. We all ended up sleeping downstairs instead, where the sound was not noticeable. It was a surprising issue for an otherwise wonderful stay. We understand that is part of nature, but the close and loud noise from bats made it difficult for us to feel comfortable sleeping in the upstairs bedroom or loft. If the bat issue gets resolved, this cabin would be an excellent mountain retreat. As it stands, it’s a lovely place, but the noise from bats is something guests should be aware of for sleeping arrangements. ##### Maria Z. It is close to other houses which wasn't crazy about but still a nice stay and neighbors weren't loud. Tracy was very helpful and responded quickly whenever emailed or called/texted. The house is close to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville (10-15min) and Gatlinburg is 30-40min (traffic depending). The pool was down for repairs but Tracy was very generous and offered us alternatives since a pool is one thing we have to have during our stay. Overall I would highly recommend Tracy and Nature's View! ##### Valerie P. This VRBO was very clean and SPACIOUS. The property was equipped with everything we would need in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Was quiet and never heard any noises from other cabins. The cabin was clean and decorated nicely. They did a great job making it feel cozy without overdoing it. Had everything we needed. For some reason, in the 3rd floor loft every single night there was a constant squeaking sound. So much so that I had to wear earplugs at night. ##### Connie R. They messaged me several days prior to our trip advising me of all the check in information. We arrived a little earlier than expected, and just by luck, we were able to check in a few hours early. The first floor (which is the main floor, but considered the 2nd floor) is the living room with an electric fireplace, a deck over looking the mountains, an 1/2 bath, and a FULLY furnished kitchen. Every appliance you could possibly need. The baseball (1st floor) has 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a bath attached. The other one is just a bedroom but there is a bath across the hall. The laundry was on the 1st floor as well. I didn’t love that, but not a deal breaker. Both bedrooms downstairs have a door to the outside patio where the hot tub sits. We used the hot tub several times per/day!! Going to the 3rd floor, is what I considered the master and loft area. The loft has a fold out couch (extremely uncomfortable, even to my 11 yr old. The loft area has tons of board games, a TV, and a pool table which we got a lot of use out of. The master bed is SO FREAKING comfortable. I had to force myself out of bed everyday. The water pressure was amazing in the master as well. I’m pretty picky on that. Overall. We had a GREAT time at natures view and would definitely stay again. Also, take FULL advantage of the wahoo zip lining!!!! Those guys are SO nice and we had SO much fun. ##### Terra K. Tracey was amazing!! She was even able to get us in the cabin early (on what I know is their busy time). The cabin was in the perfect area. Close to everything. Roads are very easy to drive. The kitchen is very well stocked. Everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. Our family loved the zipline. It is located at the entrance of the community.
