I would suggest an all wheel drive or a 4 wheel drive one lane gravel road on a hillside but beautiful when you get there!

Staff is Friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean. The decor of cabin is very outdated and the grill was rusted out so we were not able to cook our steaks on it.

The only suggestion we could offer for improvement would be to have hangers in the closet to hang your coats on. Aside from that, the cabin was perfect.

It was to make our booking. It was easy to find our cabin. The cabin was beautiful and in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. We didn't use the jacuzzi tub but it was there for us to use. I will rent a cabin from this company again. I will recommend this company to family and friends that are going to visit Pigeon Forge.

We did have an issue with the alarm system needing to be recalibrated, but Fireside Chalets was incredibly helpful and responsive. We loved the scenery, the hot tub was ready for us when we arrived, and all the natural light was incredible! Highly recommend

The place was nice, as described. Couple of problems with the cleanliness of the place. The coffee pot was unusable due to being full of mold. Other than not having coffee it was nice...

We had such a wonderful time and this cabin was excellent. Did have lots of acorns on front and back porch that did tend to cause slipping problem for us old folks. Do need some type of hand rails going down to kitchen. Rope lights and outside light by the hot tub did not work.

The area and cabin itself is super cute. Having the hot tub and a nice large area to enjoy was great. We really struggled to stay comfortable in the cabin though. The bed was so hard I could compare it to sleeping on the floor, including what felt like 100 thread count sheets. When you stay in a rental you want to feel like no one was there right before you even though you know it’s not possible. Here you felt the years of people staying here with wear and tear and remnants left behind.

3 things need attention.
(1). Big eye on r/f does not work (2) Need a handrail from living room to dining area. (3) tooooo many spider webs.
