Our only issue was with checkin and the email stated the code was my phone number and it was not. I contacted them and was a super simple fix. Contacted the owners to find out how to add water to the hottub and within 30 minutes a maintenance man showed up to do it for us. Can't say enough about how accomodating they are. This was a great place to stay for our family girls trip of 9\. There was plenty of room and loved the fact it has a bathroom connected to each room. Very helpful for us. It was large enough for our extended family to stay together and enjoy each other. My husband and I were in the first bedroom on the left off the kitchen. Great lay out. Beautifully decorated. Walked the neighborhood daily and saw a momma bear and 2 cubs. Great views but not of sunrise that time of the year. Close to town. Everything you need and friendly staff that come by. The drive up is a little dicey but not the worst we have done. Seen bears the night before we left. Don’t put food in vehicle they will try to get in. If you want to see the bear it’s your best option though. Lol. Plenty of room and comfortable arrangements. Great views and quiet area. Air hockey table cord isn’t the right one so if you are banking on it don’t count on it. We were pool players so we had what we needed. Dryer takes 2-3 cycles so plan accordingly. The cabin was clean there was plenty of room for all of us. We were a little disappointed that the air hockey game didn't work, but there was a pool table and a hot tub the family enjoyed the most. Gorgeous views in the morning. The cabin does have a carpenter bee problem which may it near impossible to sit on one of the porches due to having to dodge the bees. We certainly lucked out with the weather we had during our week's stay. The road leading up to the cabin is a little daunting, but well worth it.
