We hosted 20 people here and the experience was a disaster.Safety Hazards: The yard was littered with construction debris, cigarette butts, and a loose metal pole that a 5-year-old fell on. Inside, the pool door wouldn't lock. We had to buy our own batteries to fix it.Broken Amenities: The hot tub was unusable—half-empty, no hose to fill it, and full of leaves. The fire pit is clearly under construction (missing stone) and shuts off every 10 minutes.Cleanliness: The house was not cleaned well. We found candy on the tables and layers of dust on the walls.No Support: I messaged the host regarding these urgent issues on Nov 15th and still haven’t received a response. Maintenance told us they "don't check messages on weekends," leaving us stranded. Management admitted this property does not meet their usual standards and gave a minimal refund that was not equivalent to what we paid for specific & unable amenities. Then you return home and “life” happens, lol! After much searching, I finally chose this cabin and so happy I did! It was as if it were designed with my family in mind! I had a group of 16, 8 adults and 8 children. I decided for Christmas instead of going overboard on material things that just end up eventually in the trash, my money would be spent on something you couldn’t put a price on, “memories.” BEST decision ever! The look on my grandbabies’ faces when we reached the cabin was priceless! The layout was perfect, FINALLY enough room for all of us! My entire family was able to sit at the huge, beautiful dining table and have breakfast together (every mother/grandmother’s dream.) The location of the cabin couldn’t be more perfect. Completely safe, on its own property, and conveniently located to everything! There were a few minor things but to be fair this review is the first time they will have been mentioned. It hasn’t effected my opinion, at all! It clearly stated in the agreement to contact them if we had any issues they would address them. I’m sure they would have! They were just very minor to us, and we stayed busy! Although, I do want to mention to make them aware for the next guests. The pool wasn’t warm (although the kids didn’t seem to mind, lol.) fire pit kept going out, fountains didn’t work, 2 games broke.Suggestion to move hot tub to back porch. ##### Leah L. We loved the added perks of the game room outside items etc. A few items that could improve things: - the pots and pans were very well worn. They could use a refresh. - the pool was very cold. We called about it on day two and we were told a work order was placed but we did not see anyone come to address it. Séjour de 3 nuits en décembre 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### JOHN R. 24 oct. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Great spot This is a great house in a convenient location. Feels remote but only a few minutes to the main drag in Sevierville. House is new and very nice, with plenty of room for a large group. The rec room and pool are a lot of fun and the little basketball area outside is a nice touch. If you plan to cook, bring your own pots and pans. The ones provided are cheap, flimsy, and very small. It seems they spent about $50 equipping the kitchen total. The movie theater is cool to look at, but there is no sound system whatsoever. The sound comes out of the projector speaker which is almost comical. A standard iphone has better speakers so we played the sound through it. Those are fairly small things but in a luxury house they were a surprise. If the owner invests a couple hundred bucks there the house would be close to perfect. We had a great time and we would stay here again. ##### JOHN R. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Shawn H. 17 sept. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Great time The wife and I took her family down her mom has had a rough time health wise this past year so we wanted to take the family and get away and relax and make some great memories with her…..there was 15 of us plenty of room for everybody we had lots of fun playing in the pool and game room, theater room was nice “be even better if it had theater surround sound in it but still enjoyable” but overall was a great time we really enjoyed the place it was approximately 10-15 min off the strip in pigeon forge……so your out away from all the noise but close enough to the stores and attractions to have a great time…….this place was great, easy check in and out, clean, very good communication with management company “we had few minor issues they were there asap and resolved them”, close to everything. ##### Shawn H.
