This property also offers a fitness room for those looking to stay active. Relax in the soothing living room or get some work done in the office area with 2 bunk beds. Newly Updated Cabin located by Douglas Lake. Bring your boat and enjoy the Lake's activities or Escape to the Great Smoky Mountains and enjoy the outdoors! Take a dip in the in-cabin Private Heated Pool, watch your favorite movie in the Theater Room built with large and very comfortable couches and a TV, play in the arcade room or relax and unwind on the balcony. Enjoy the jacuzzi on the back deck while watching the sunset after a long day.

Even though being about 15 minutes from town, everything was still accessible! Clean rooms, cabin, enough space for the kids to play! The pool having a security alarm was great! We didn’t have to worry about the littles going into the pool and hot tub! Definitely recommend! Host was extremely helpful if we had any questions!

House was very clean and comfy- a little different than pictures on original booking. Very little yard area as right on side of mountain. Overall a great house, spacious and had everything we needed. Wish grass had been cut.

This cabin met all our needs and then some. Very spacious rooms with all the extras. The cinema room was a great spot for everyone to hang out, watch football and play with the little kids. Video Arcade Games were the apex of the stay. Adults had just as much fun playing as the children did, and then some. The pool and hot tub was very convenient. All communications with the host was responded to right away and when we had a small issue with one of the TV’s, it was resolved the same day. The the host also surprised me with a very thoughtful “thank you” gift that was enjoyed by all… I would recommend this cabin for your stay. Within 30 minutes to all attractions. Definitely made our trip worthwhile. Highly recommend.

3rd floor was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The rest of the house was clean. There were some maintainence issues like headboard disconnected and the lock on the pool door didn't work. A maintenance person was sent out to fix the issues. We fixed a door knob that fell off (one of the deck doors) and need to report the hot water knob on the hot tub in one of the bedrooms spins. We were able to get the water to turn off....so didn't take the time to report it. The fire pit was very close to the road....with no fence to keep little ones inside. Those are the problems. We loved everything else. There was plenty of room and privacy for 10 of us of all ages. Loved the game rooms, pool, hot tub, balconies, adjustable beds, movie theater, etc. etc. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Listing was not accurate (has since been updated). Several items were present, but not working, sound system in theater room, pinball machine and fridge was making a lot of noise throughout our stay. My daughter and I were looking forward to playing basketball together and the hoop was no longer there. Pool room was not as shown in pictures and was not clean, hot tub was also not clean. There are animals in the wall/ceiling in the master suite. I picked this cabin for the amenities that my kids would enjoy and the overall appearance of the property (in the pictures). My kids still managed to have fun, but I was disappointed with the inaccuracy of the listing and the missing listed amenities. The customer reviews were all good when I booked, until today when I logged into leave a review. Now there is a poor review showing that has much the same complaints. If this review was available at the time I was getting ready to book, this is not the cabin I would have booked.

The pictures are very outdated. I high we didn’t think was an issue until their was no basketball hoop, no sauna, the pool area now has gross “grass” artificial carpet around it instead of the nice tile in the pictures. The pool is very worn and dirty, the hot tub was also dirty. In the home there was so much dog hair everywhere, on the blanket, the beds, the floors. I swept the floors after dinner the first night and they clearly were not cleaned well maybe at all prior to our stay. Then it was raining on one of our last nights and we went to the second floor to go to sleep . We found 4 different puddles on the floor, water was dripping and leaking from the ceiling . 2 were at the topOf the stair and 2 other ones were inside the bedroom. When I messaged her about it the next days she responded with sometimes that happened if rain comes in a specific direction. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated there was not even an apology. Also in the kitchen the dishwasher is so old/broken it was hard to use, the microwave handle was broken and glued idk how many times. All of the floors were cracked and looked so bad and unsafe especially for the kids to be walking on . And almost all of the blinds were broken so we weren’t able to close them easily .We luckily were able to go do fun things but this cabin was NOT a highlight of our week. The pictures need updated and things need desperately cleaned and taken care of in this home before someone else stays.

#### Family Trip

Cabin is very very nice! The beds are terrifiv to sleep in and you jave the ability to adjust the jead of the bed. The kitchen is well.equiped with everything that you need. Poolin around in the Smokies gives everyone plenty of space to get some quiet time with nalconies off every room. There are two tables for all to be together for meals as well as being only 15 min away from Seiverville. It was beautiful and relaxingDiana kept in touch for any needs as well as responding quickly to questions. Truly amazing time for my family.

#### Definitely worth renting for the week!

We had a great time! Cabin was cozy! Kids had a blast in the pool and theater room. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to feed your large group. Definitely would rent again! Diana was super helpful and responsive to questions before and during our stay. Close enough to everything we wanted to do while there but also secluded enough to have peace and quiet.

10/10 recommend! This cabin was beautiful we all had a blast especially the kids!! I would definitely stay here again in the future. Diana was a great host, very well with communication. #### Beautiful cabin with awesome views!

The house was very nice & clean. The owner was good at communicating & very kind. She had bottle of wine & chocolates sent to cabin for us! We enjoyed the full size pool & hot tub, and movie theater. We really enjoyed sitting out on the multiple decks & watching the beautiful scenery.
