It’s a great cabin for families. The host Steven was very easy to work with especially when a problem came up with the hot tub. He had it fixed within a day and a half. We were going to bring it dogs but we decided not to. There is no way to get down to the backyard to let the dogs out you have to walk them in a leash. Upon going to the different rooms, light bulbs were burned out, couches and furniture was dated with holes / scratches on them. All the deck furniture is warped and has splinters or loose wood all over it. The showers were lined with black mildew and the bathrooms did not have the amenities described in listing. The loft whirlpool/tub leaks through the ceiling of the kitchen. The entire wall of windows on the main floor leaked an excessive amount when it rained one day. All 3 decks has spectacular views. We even had a fireworks show every night from Dollywood. (Totally unexpected) The cabin was clean & the beds were comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans & dinnerware. No pot holders but I had a work around for that. :-) It was a great experience. No complaints from anyone.
