Guest Services provided on-site at resort office: Front Desk, Maintenance, and Concierge. Private log cabin with beautiful view of one of our ponds. Walk down the steps to the water and private picnic area with horseshoes and fishing all in your backyard. This cabin has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs bedroom has king bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Adjoining room has a futon bed, DVD screen and playroom for the kids. Upstairs bedroom has queen bed, TV/DVD and full bathroom. The open loft has a daybed and a pool table. Wood burning fireplace in living room with free firewood for your entire stay. High speed wireless internet and cable TV. Two large porches that overlook the pond with a hot tub, rocking chairs, and a charcoal grill. Enchanted Forest is located in Little Valley Mountain Resort where you have access to so many great amenities that are included in your stay! There is an outdoor pool, putt-putt, four stocked fishing ponds, par 3 golf, four hiking trails, patio fire-pit, tennis court, basketball, volleyball, badminton, batting cage, horseshoes, disc golf, playgrounds, and picnic tables. All these are included in your stay at no extra cost! The resort office is located on the resort where you can find all the equipment needed for the amenities. We even provide fishing poles and sell live bait at the office. DVD movies available for rent. All the fun stuff is right here at the resort! When you venture into town, you are only 5 miles from the main parkway. Just minutes from Dollywood, Gatlinburg, outlet malls, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! There is an easy drive to Cades Cove from the resort that will avoid all parkway traffic. It looked exactly like the pictures except it was decorated for Christmas instead. Checking in and out was easy and the people in the office are really nice. The location was also accessible and the road was easy to navigate. The biggest problem was the water literally smelled like rotten eggs. When you would turn on even just the sink, the entire cabin would smell so bad we had to open the windows. I called the office and they said the well causes the water to have a slight sulfur smell. I told them this was far beyond slight. It was so bad we were all gagging. The maintenance crew dropped some tablets into the well and that helped for about 6 hours and then it was right back to how it started. We had to cook and brush our teeth with bottled water and we could not even shower or wash our hair the whole time we were there because the water just made us smell like garbage. Ultimately it put a huge damper on our trip. If they can find a way to fix this issue then the cabin is lovely. It is really is bad and it is way more than a "slight smell". ##### Haley B.
