This absolutely beautiful 3 story cabin is located in the Preserve Resort in Wears valley, Pigeon Forge in Townsend just minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountain Park.4 King size beds,2 sofa sleepers,3 decks, huge hot tub that overlooks gorgeous mountain views, pool table, foosball, air hockey,3 arcade games, fireplace, outside seatings with dining, & grill. Beautiful galley modern kitchen! We also belong to Honeysuckle Pool and Deli! They have a catch and release pond with poles and gear you are able to rent. You can buy live bait there as well. Best of all as a guest at Eagle Watch you and your guests get in for FREE! All the modern comforts of home include stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen, including a massive dining room table. Enjoy breakfast on one of the three back decks overlooking a stunning 100+mile view of the mountains or use the charcoal grill to make dinner while watching for wildlife. In the evening, unwind with your favorite beverage in the hot tub on the balcony while gazing at the spectacular mountainous views or challenge each other to a game of billiard or arcade games, Eagle Watch has: Rush 2049 Driving Simulator, MS Pacman, air hockey, pool, and foosball. Not to mention the many board and card games provided in the Game room with a mini refrigerator. This spacious cabin can comfortably sleep up to twelve guests. Featuring a king-sized bed on each level lower, main, upper and loft (4 king beds). There is also a queen sofa sleeper and Futon located in the living room areas. A beautiful wedding chapel also sits in the community for inviting quaint, romantic wedding gatherings. Some other nearby family-friendly activities include horseback riding, ziplines, hiking, golf, picnic areas, and wildlife viewing. The Host had specific rules posted in the kitchen regarding what she expected of us. However, when I was following the rules regarding trash, she called me to state that I could not do what her rules stated. She also accused me of having a dog in the house and when I stated "I DO NOT HAVE A DOG IN THE HOUSE" she proceeded to tell me "YES YOU DO" and that her Maintenance man took a picture of the dog through the window. I had to tell her twice that I did not have a dog, where she then proceeded to back peddle. I had talked to her about my elderly Father and the need for handicapped accessibility and was led to believe it would accommodate us. My Father had to sit in a kitchen chair the entire time and the bathroom on the ground floor was not equipped with handrails etc. I had to purchase a bath seat while there for him. Overall, I did not appreciate the host not following her directions posted and accusing me of having an animal then basically calling me a liar twice. My morning coffee with the sun rise and peaceful mountains was everything I needed. The cabin was perfect and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. When I got to the cabin we even had cookies on a plate for the kids. For families with younger kids the pool table, air hockey and all the games kept my grand sons busy when at the cabin. The cabin has amazing views and is in a great location; and that is what you're paying for. However, the condition of the cabin, albeit clean, is.not immaculate as other reviews state. There is A LOT of wear and tear (due to the negligence of past renter) throughout the cabin along with years of naturally degradation over time. I've had rental property in the past and experience with renters that do not care for my property as I would as a homeowner. While I certainly empathize, upgrades and maintenance are needed for this price point. Staying in it also makes you uneasy that these prior damages could possibly be passed along to you as the next renter. We felt the need to also video (as the host does) to cover our end as well. Luckily, Joy felt we left her property in "exceptional condition". We had an issue arise awhile there with the door code. We got locked out of our cabin for over an hour because our door code did not work. Joy was able to remedy this and we were able to get back in. She said something about the wind affecting it. I don't know. It was to windy that day. There were extremely strong winds and a win advisory the following day that did not affect the door code. It was strange, but not we eventually got it straightened out. It was very inconvenient, however. So just beware, the wind may void your door code! ##### Season C. The cabin is located on the top of a mountain. The view is absolutely spectacular. The sunrises and sunsets were my favorite. The cabin is very clean and beautifully decorated. It has 3 levels so be aware that there are stairs if that is an issue. It isn't too far to get to a store if needed. We went to Cade park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg during our stay. Joy is awesome, and she is always available if there are any issues. She is also friendly and very helpful for anything you might need. I greatly appreciated the open line of communication.
