From the balcony you could watch geese, mallard ducks and storks. Communication was exceptional. Condo was extremely clean and everything you need from baking ware to full length mirrors! We have stayed in many places that advertise for 6 people but only have dishes for 4 people. This was Not the case here. There was more than we needed. The location was perfect for us. We loved the view from the balcony and everything was so homey. The only unfortunate thing that happened was that while we were there for a wedding, there was also a car show in town. So allllll night until 2 am we just heard loud engines roaring. So we didn't get the best nights sleep. The locals all seemed pretty purturbed about it, but we don't fault our hosts for that knowing that it was only for that weekend. Overall, great stay, wonderful location. ##### Laura G. Clean, beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Just one block off the main drag overlooking the river and minutes from Gatlinburg. We would definately stay here again. It was easy to feel at home. The location was perfect, especially since we didn't want to drive into the mountains every night. There is an elevator, so the 3rd floor was perfect.
