The Neighborhood:  
Located in a secluded hollow at the end of a road in a quiet and relaxing mountain neighborhood off Wears Valley, you're only a short drive away from the western entrance of Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and many other local shops, restaurants and places of interests.  
  
\- Pigeon Forge (8 miles/ 22 mins)  
\- Dollywood (10 miles/ 25 mins)  
\- Gatlinburg (16 miles/ 40 mins)  
\- Great Smokey Mountain National Park Sugarlands Visitor Center (18 miles/ 40 mins)  
\- McGee Tyson Airport (31 miles/ 50 mins)  
  
Other Amenities:  
\- We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen trash can liners, hand soap, laundry pods and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- Road leading up to the cabin is paved but part of it could be steep and/or narrow. You might also expect some traffic due to construction work on sites next to certain part of the road  
\- A 4-wheel drive is recommended during winter months in the event of inclement weather  
\- We welcome max of one dog with prior approval (please add them on the reservation). If a pet is brought on the property without approval it will result in a fine of $500  
\- We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. This will protect your investment in the event of inclement weather. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions or any other disruptions that are out of our control  
\- If you’d like to enjoy the fireplace, please bring your own firewood and fire starter. Please do not use the fireplace in the event of high wind or county issued weather advisory  
\- In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed 1 Ring Floodlight Camera located on the exterior of the cabin. The camera is on throughout the guest reservation and will only record when it senses motion. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property for your safety  
\- The cabin is located at the end of a hollow surrounded by nature, be prepared to be greeted by wild animals such as rabbit, bear, raccoons, and/or woodpeckers, at some point of your stay. Please DO NOT feed the animal under any circumstances  
\- There is another cabin down the road that is about 50 yards away. On the way to the cabin, you’ll notice many new construction sites but none of these sites are visible at the cabin  
\- Jets of the hot tub on the deck could take a little finesse. Typically rotating the jets clockwise would open them up  
\- Because we are on a well system, water could look cloudy from time to time depends on the seaso

The Cabin is adequate. The price per night is high for what it was. The location is not way in the mountains but it will take you 20 minutes to drive to Dollywood. It is what it is.

#### Very Disappointed! Very Dissatisfied!

We have been visiting Pigeon Forge for over 30 years and always stay in a cabin. This was the worst cabin to stay in by far! The front/back porch, chairs and cushions were extremely dirty. The bedroom was hot and smelled bad. We checked the vent and duct and they were stopped up with clumps of dust! We checked the other vents around the house and they were all stopped up with dust buildup as well. The vent in the half bathroom wasn’t even attached to the vent and duct-it is lying under the cabin in water. Dehumidifier vent was also stopped up. We took the vents and filters outside and cleaned them the best we could. We also bought Febreze and candles to combat the smell. The kitchen floor, tooth paste holder and bottom of toilet were extremely dirty! There were big live black ants in the main bathroom(all over the floor, around the toilet and crawling up the walls). We put coffee around the area trying to rid of the ants. We were afraid to use the bathroom because of the ants. This is unacceptable! It is not our responsibility to have to clean a vacation rental. That is what a cleaning company is responsible for. We tried to contact the host via email five times with no response. We will NEVER stay at this cabin again!! We have pictures of everything listed above. We should be refunded for this awful stay.

This cabin is adorable. It’s situated up against the hill side. There is a cabin next door but the back porch is very private and quiet. The cabin is clean and perfect for a couple!

#### Nice Secluded Cabin

The property was very nice and very private. Only one other cabin on the road in. Place was very clean, Bed was extremely comfortable, hot tub was wonderful on a very private porch. One thing is there were not any seasonings in the kitchen (salt/pepper, etc.) in case you decide to cook there you will need to bring you own. Overall we had a wonderful stay!! Will be on the list if available whenever we go back.

#### Great place near the Smokies

If you're looking for a cabin in the woods that's not too far from things, this is it. The kitchen was pretty well appointed, although I typically bring my own gear too cook with. Upstairs king bed is comfy. We did not pull out the sofa bed, so I can't speak to that. The pool table is a nice touch as is the vintage-esque video game machine (kids learned Donkey Kong). We used the hot tub once and it was nice on a cool evening. This property does not allow a fire pit or grilling, so bear that in mind when planning. All in all, it's a nice place, good location, fair price. Highly recommend it!

My wife and I stayed here briefly for a weekend getaway and the location and experience was exactly what we were hoping for. The cabin is fairly secluded and the rustic feel of the cabin was perfect. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay to check this one out.

Everything was just as described in listing. The cabin is beautiful. The hot tub is on the back porch very private. This was what my husband and I needed. The pool table was an added bonus. Easy check in and check out. Close to town. Definitely a 5 out of 5\. Would love to stay here again.

This cabin is in the perfect location. Easy drives to both Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed how it was tucked away in the woods and private. The cabin itself was very simple and open. It was perfect for my wife and I!

The cabin was clean and just as described. We enjoyed our short getaway, just what we needed to relax and recharge. The owner was very responsive and even checked in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

#### Dirty, smelled of dust and mildew.

Walking in it smelled musky and damp, the floor had dust caked on it and all the air vents had dust caked on them including ceiling fan above bed. When the air came on you can smell the dust and mildew. The towels and linens had a musky residue on them. No hot water in bathroom sink. The water had a bad odor coming from it. I immediately started itching when i walked aroynd barefoot from all the dust. I coukd not stay due to allergies and having an allergic reaction. I stayed 8 hours on a four night stay and they woukd not refund any money. Insurance declined due to no medical bills to show i had an allergic reaction to dust and mildew. I woukd not recommend.
