The house layout allows for the perfect amount of room for all to hang out together in the common areas. The kitchen had all we needed to make a meal and the hot tub was super clean! The location was convenient to attractions (maybe 15-20 minutes away), but far enough out that at night you could sit on either deck and enjoy the neighborhood feel and quiet atmosphere of the mountains. The owner worked with us several times, including allowing us to stay a few extra hours due to snow to ensure we left safely. I greatly appreciated her kindness and willingness to keep my family safe.Another huge plus of this house is the fact that not only do they have four king size beds, but all of them were very comfortable with mattress toppers, and everybody commented how comfortable the bed were. Everything was perfect. Beds were firm but comfy, place was immaculate, absolutely no complaints. Location was great, plenty of parking for three vehicles, and the views were beautiful. Communication with owner was great and easy to get into the house. They had all the little things too such as extra toilet paper, plenty of towels, we even cooked and had coffee each morning. The placement overlooks the mountains and makes you feel tucked in amongst the trees. Its very quiet. A bear even crossed the back on night. There was plenty of room for everyone and the view was outstanding! Everyone from young to old enjoyed the game room with the pool table, air hockey & video games. Plenty of room. We all had breakfast at the table on the deck one morning overlooking the speculator view of the mountains. Easy road to the cabin. Great location— not far from Pigeon Forge. We saw a bear! Owner checked on us a couple times which was appreciated. Definitely would book with this owner again. We had one problem(it wasn't their fault) and it was fixed immediately. We have been using VRBO for several years. The minute we walked in this house the whole family said this is it!!!! We have already booked it for next year!!!! It was perfect for our boys (ages 30 and 25). They loved the playroom and having a room with king size beds!!! It was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Very close to town and plenty of room. We had 4 adults and a bunch of teenagers to early 20 year olds. We put all the kids upstairs with 2 large bedrooms with a couch fold out and they had blast with the big screen tv, pool table and games. The 4 of us enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and living room on the lower level. The double balcony was heaven and we spent hours drinking coffee and wine as a family on the back porch or in the hot tub. If you’re anything like me mountain roads can be intimidating. I will say the last half mile of the drive is a bit steep and very winding. Please don’t let this deter you. I want to be honest because I know people get nervous about the roads. Be prepared for the last half mile to just be alert and cautious but the home is very easy to reach and the drive way is not steep at all and has plenty of space to park easily. It is worth it!!!! I am a total scary road wimp and I drove it numerous times. All in all we will stay again and recommend this home to everyone. One of the best vacations we’ve Ever had. ##### Renee H. Our family enjoyed our stay at Lena's Lodge and will definitely return when needing a cabin this size again. We loved that there were king beds in each room. The layout was perfect for our family. The upstairs was great to hang out for fun and games and then we had the downstairs for a more quiet laid back hang out family area. The cabin was clean and stocked with anything we needed and more. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING! We truly enjoyed our time hanging out and relaxing on the decks and enjoying the view. Tina was so nice and provided excellent service for our stay. We even had an issue we reported and she had someone out there the same day looking into it. During a day and time when customer service doesn't seem important anymore, that is not the case with Tina. She provides excellent service and I look forward to working with her in the future! If you are considering this cabin, go ahead and book it because I'm sure you will love it as much as my family did. ##### Cindy P.
