The owner's communication was quick and they answered every question I had. Check-in was easy and the location was just what we wanted. We were literally on the road that you drive on to enter Dollywood and the roads were easy to navigate. The cabin itself was spotless. It had everything we could need. The beds were comfortable. My son loved the bunk bed and the arcade game. The talking massage chair was a hit! The hot tub was relaxing, and the deck was peaceful, especially at the end of a busy day. We only wish we had more time there to enjoy it!! We didn’t even have a chance to try out the resort pool, but it looked fun. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the fresh air. The kids loved the PS4 after long days out of hiking and it was very nice having a community pool to take them to in the evenings. The property was exactly as described and the owners made every effort to make sure our stay was enjoyable - even going so far as to leave some snacks for us due to our late arrival:) The cabin is close to everything , but secluded enough to offer a relaxing getaway when not taking in the sites. Being able to bring our dog with us was also a huge plus. With the comfortable beds, hot tub, fabulous massage chair, multi-arcade, pool/ping pong table, and brand new PS5 we wanted for nothing during our stay. This was a first for me to book with VRBO.From the time of booking Kara & Jeff were amazing. The ease of booking with communication was over the top.The cabin was well stocked and taken care of. I have a 15 year old son who thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the massage chair :). Our dog loved the back deck. I could go on and on about the cabin and the owners. Lazy Bear Den was so convenient to Dollywood! Could not have been easier to get in - 5 minutes and we were in the parking lot! The cabin was SO cute, and the hot tub was a hit with everyone. Also, the massage chair was FANTASTIC!!! We were all fighting over whose turn it was to use it. Cabin was very clean and had everything we could have wanted. The Lazy Bear Den was the perfect place for our family. The cabin was pristine - so much so that we felt comfortable letting our baby crawl on the floor - and the owners seem to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The massage chair and hot tub were lovely after a day out and about. The shower had great water pressure and the beds were comfy, too! My kids loved the board games, books, and arcade game. There has been many upgrades done, and it truly feels like home. Its clean and cozy. Comfortable beds/pillows(plenty of blankets). Location is perfect if you want to be close to everything, yet still have a wooded feel. Jeff and Kara are the best hosts! They are kind and helpful in every way imaginable!
