Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 min to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 min to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Click this link to see Video Tour of the property. The space Come enjoy the gypsy camp at long springs. The caravan tiny home has a queen been and two twin beds (one is a hideaway bed). It has a large bathroom with a soaker tub and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It has a bright colorful vid that we know you will love. We have the units grouped with three others to encourage multiple families traveling together and also providing the opportunity for guests to meet and enjoy each others company. There is a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use. Guest access We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray. Interaction with guests We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home. Other things to note We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage. This home is pet friendly but you do need to click the pet box at checkout in order to add the pet fee. NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. My sister and I stayed here for four nights to explore Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains. The caravan has everything you could possibly want and the bathroom is so much larger that you would expect! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the decorating is simply beautiful and highlights a gypsy lifestyle. The property has games, a fire pit, and lots of lounge areas. I loved the quiet area with nature. It's far enough off the road that I didn't have to worry about my daughter playing outside and be a kid. Everything is exactly like it says and exactly what the pictures describe. Even though we only stayed 1 night, it was the perfect place to cap off our vacation in the Smokey’s.
