### Zof's Cafofos, Sunny Duplex

Duplex completely renovated on the 2nd floor of a 19th century building. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning for your comfort. The building is very well located in Baixa de Setubal, in the historic area of the city, close to several shops, restaurants, pharmacies and other services. 5 min walk from the bus station, 7 min walk from the catamaran that takes you to Troia and 12 min from the train station. The entire building is functioning as an AL. Managed by the owners with all the effort and dedication to make your stay unforgettable. With a unique charm, which enchants those who visit.

I had a great experience staying at this apartment. It was exactly as described—clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. What a wonderful apartment, the decor is exceptional! Liseta was very welcoming and we appreciated her recommendations which we took full advantage of. The surroundings are a little noisy but by 11pm everything quieted down. If you want to be where the action is, this is the place for you.

#### Great character and location

We wanted a central location to explore Setúbal that had character. The space had been wonderfully remodeled in a historic building. We loved the double height main room and felt very comfortable and cozy. Great restaurants and cafes were all within walking distance. As it is on the top floor, our legs were in great shape by the end of our stay (leave the heavy bags in your car!). As it is in the historic center of Setúbal, the streets are narrow and parking is limited. About 3 minutes away is a church where we were able to always find parking. Liseta, our host, was really helpful and welcoming. We would certainly recommend to friends!
