Everyone was so nice and helpful. All went above and beyond to assist with our many questions.
Its homey but a little dated.
Would have loved the restaurant to be open in some capacity but would not deter me from returning. Close to the waterfront dining and shopping.
Planning to return next year.

We got upgraded thanks to my Platinum status, which significantly improved our experience. However, having a look around the property, I could tell that any other room would have provided an exceptional experience as well. The property seems to be new, clean and well maintained. We went in April which meant we were able to see whales from our patio, and we were able to walk along the long beach near the hotel. We loved this hotel so much, that we've already suggested it to our friends and family. There were a few hiccups with admin, however once brought to their attention, they were swiftly solved. If I were to improve something about the hotel, that would be the restaurant menu. It needs development, a few more options added, and a better balance of flavours/items in the current dishes. All in all, I would 100% recommend this place.
