Great location yet perfectly quiet in the middle of a big city. Their breakfast had a fabulous mix of food to choose from and a special mention to Laura for her excellent service where nothing was too big or small to help with. Her helpful suggestions in exploring the city made it all an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend and come back here again.

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

Couldn’t get in the room, the room card was not working, we had to go down twice to the front desk for them too reregister the card key and finally the person at the desk came to see what was the problem to realize the card readers needed a new battery! After a long trip it was very upsetting, we waited 40 mn to be able to go in our room.
