Seroe Colorado Tours and Activities

It was clean and quiet. But the shower would get stopped up, well the plumbing in general was odd. We didn't like the hard bed and the bright lights at night from the AC, but mostly we didn't like the shower and the inconsistency of which they cleaned our room. We ran out of toilet paper one time. And communication with staff regarding check in and check out and their availability for questions was not good. Also I was disappointed that their site said they offer a bottle of wine on arrival. That's not true. We did like the pool and the quiet location. The apartment was not bad in that it had 2 tvs a little kitchen and anything you might need, 2 couches and a dining table. It was basic and outdated which we didn't mind. I might not stay here again unless we had to. It is more affordable. It just didn't have good service and I hated the shower that wouldn't get hot or stay a consistent temperature and that it would back up with dirty water while you're showering. If none of those things bother you, it's not a bad place to stay.

Wife and I absolutely loved everything about our stay at Ocean Z Boutique Hotel. Our room was perfect and truly enjoyed having oceanfront view. The staff made our experience such an enjoyable one. Big shoutout to Maria for making our stay so comfortable and easygoing. She made sure to always stay on top of things without skipping a beat. Xiomara also made our dining experience here a memorable one. The pool staff and maids always made sure the pool and the room remained nice and clean. It was also a great pleasure to have met the owner, Eve, who is very charming and welcoming. Thank you all for making this trip a special one for my wife and I. We can't wait to return and stay here again!

Beautiful location and facilities. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the food was excellent. We purchased the all-inclusive package which saved us a fortune and was most convenient to running out for meals. They served sushi grade tuna on the buffet the night before our return - my favorite.
