We had a wonderful last minute stay at this location. Everyone in the staff was very helpful and very friendly. The facility itself is nice and pretty large. The water park kept my son busy when it was open, and the food options were good. In general I have to say I really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel and the rooms are very clean and tidy I like the hotel staffs,entertainment team are amazing they make lot of event make me happy I really have fun is one of my best holidays and the food is amazing is buffet breakfast,lunch and dinner i have lots of different varieties of food and drinks i really have a nice holiday I can’t complain I’m thinking of coming back to this hotel again i will recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, the food options were extensive, well varied and had great options everyday. Very nice swimming pool and gym. Friendly staff and a free shuttle to the beach everyday. Location right opposite to Land of Legends so good for shopping and retail shops.

Disappointing experience, especially for a honeymoon Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, particularly as we were visiting for our honeymoon. At check-in, I specifically mentioned that we were on our honeymoon and was told that this had been acknowledged. However, when we arrived, the staff told us that no honeymoon request had been noted. We were then asked to wait around 20–30 minutes while they saw what they could do. This was not the welcome we expected, especially for such a special occasion. The housekeeping service was also a major issue throughout our stay. After our first day, we showered and went down for dinner, and we simply asked if the bathroom could be refreshed and, mainly, if we could have our towels topped up. We were questioned about why we needed the room cleaned again when we had only checked in that day. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — we simply wanted fresh towels and the bathroom refreshed. On day two, our room was not cleaned until around 5pm. This became a daily issue, as the room was consistently being cleaned very late in the afternoon. We would have liked to return to a clean room around midday so that we could rest, freshen up and get ready for dinner, but this wasn’t possible. When the room was eventually cleaned, the standard of cleaning was also disappointing. The room was left in a mess, and fortunately the cleaners were still there when we returned, meaning I had to explain what had been missed. T

Fantastic hotel with excellent service, great facilities, and various pool options. The staff were kind and helpful, and gave us a tour upon arrival. Unfortunately, the kids’ area was not yet completed, but a small playground had been set up for the children. There was some noise due to construction of a new hotel right next door, but it was manageable. There were a few bazaars missing in the area, although Land of Legends is located just across the street — but it was a bit on the expensive side

Das Hotel war sehr schön, sauber und auch die Angestellten sehr höflich. D Auch das Essen war sehr lecker und hatte eine Riesen Auswahl. An den Strand kann man nicht gut laufen, aber es fähr regelmäßig ein Shuttlebus.
