There was no hot water during the day! I spent half the day out in the rain, was looking forward to a hot shower, only to realize that the water won't get past barely luke warm at around 3PM. Called front desk, was told to let the water run since the heater is on the other side of the building. Yeah.... no, that didn't work. Tried again at 6PM - same results. Was finally able to warm up at 9PM when water finally got hot. At one point I let the water run for half an hour - what a waste! Clearly, water temperature is turned down during the day. Other people from my event experienced the same issue. Absolutely unacceptable.
