The property spans a spacious 600 m2 and features a shared swimming pool measuring 10 x 3 m with a depth of 150 cm, seasonally available from March 15th to November 15th. Soak up the sun on the terrace, unwind in the garden with comfortable furniture, and savor the aroma of grilled delights from the barbecue area. An outdoor shower adds to the convenience and enjoyment of your outdoor experience.

Enjoy seamless connectivity with internet access within the house, and take advantage of the shared washing machine (subject to additional fees). The Marina (SNJ100) is a 1-room apartment with a cozy area of 25 square meters. It is conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible. This apartment underwent a modern renovation in 2019, ensuring a fresh and updated living space for your vacation.  
  
Amenities Included  
The Marina (SNJ100) offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. It features a studio with a comfortable french bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For entertainment, you can enjoy satellite TV and air conditioning for your comfort. The apartment provides direct access to a balcony, allowing you to bask in the fresh air and enjoy the views.  
  
Other Information  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with appliances to simplify your meal preparation during your stay. It includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. The apartment has a shower and a separate toilet for added convenience. Forced-air heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the year. The balcony is furnished, allowing you to relax and take in the stunning sea view. Additionally, the property offers free WiFi internet access.
