We are committed to providing a safe, top-tier experience for all our guests. To ensure these high health and hygiene standards are met, our maintenance team automatically performs essential pool and garden care at least once every two days. Please note that this upkeep schedule is a mandatory safety requirement for the property and will be carried out seamlessly throughout your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.



Guest Access:

The whole villa is yours to enjoy. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to use the pools, the garden, and the entirety of the house as you please.



You can access the villa from the alley behind the Petitenget street. The villa features a private parking space, suitable for one medium-sized car or several motorbikes. Each bedroom comes with its own key set that includes the entrance gate.



The Neighborhood:

Mere minutes from Petitenget beach, you're well placed within walking distance to nearby famous beach clubs like Potato Head and Ibiza-styled Cafe Del Mar. Step out of the villa's alley onto one of the most popular streets in Seminyak, full of great shopping, restaurants, and bars!



Your private villa gives all the energy of a secluded tropical retreat, but wander outside, and you're right next to one of Bali's most popular nightclubs Shi Shi.



Surround yourself with some of the trendiest spots for dinner and a drink, perfect for the aspiring foodie! You'll find no shortage of great options nearby from restaurants like Nook, La Laguna, Metis, or Bali's best speakeasy bar, 40 Thieves.



Getting Around:

The villa is strategically located with restaurants, bars, beach spots, and Bali’s nightlife, all reachable by foot. For the adventurer looking for more sightseeing, a day tour with one of our drivers is a great way to see the island. We offer convenient transport services with a fleet of available cars and experienced local drivers. We’re more than happy to assist you with renting your own scooter, motorbike, or car. Take the stress out of holiday travel; getting around was never so easy.



Other Things to Note:

Daily cleaning is provided six days a week, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Additional services such as breakfasts or in‑house massages can be arranged upon request for an even more relaxing holiday experience.

Upon check-in, a member of the staff will be present to greet you, giving a small tour of the property and providing you with the room keys. Our villas are stand-alone properties, so rest assured you will have complete privacy; the entire villa is yours to enjoy.
