The new bar is fantastic when you’re the but hideous when you’re trying to sleep as the band and DJ play and slay until 3am. I doubt anyone in this hotel gets ANY sleep, not the hotels fault. Liberta Is absolutely great value for money and fantastic location.

You get what you pay for here. Make aure you check your connecting door to the room next door is locked. Mine wasn't and I only realised after the first night so thankfully nothing was taken/no one came in while I was asleep from the next door room, I was travelling Solo so to find this out was really unsettling for me. The area is not walkable, you will be hounded at by passing motorbikes for a ride etc and will have to step onto the road several times just to get around parked cars, polls and other random obstacles. Would not recommend for anyone who wants to explore on foot. There were pros though, it was cheap, so thats always a plus especially with a pool. The pool was nice and big, there is really nice coffee shop across the road and as long as you are happy taking a grab or taxi everywhere, most good things Seminyak are within a 2km radius.

Staff friendly n greetings upon every contact. Convenient as it is by the junction. Bed and toilet cleanliness is good. However the TV is not displaying well. Breakfast can be improve.

Very good location

Very good location, not your absolute luxurious bargain bali hotel, but did the job. Pool was very small, breakfast wasn't much variety, and every second day the toilet in the room would stink out the room place. Overall, the staff were amazing, the food was cheap and nice, and the room was doable :) would probably come back here

This hotel has an awesome theme and awesome staff but unfortunately the facilities don’t match which is sad. The Lobby looks great! But the hallways and rooms look run down and tired. Our bathroom had a giant crack in the vanity that had caused a crooked tap fitting and there was a lot of thick mould that had not been cleaned. The fridge was was very tiny, was ok as I mainly wanted to keep some milk cold but it didn’t work very well and we woke up in the morning to room temperature milk. Unfortunately breakfast was also a miss for us. It was extremely limited and as we didn’t want to eat rice or noodles for breakfast we weren’t left with much and chose to eat at the surrounding restaurants for breakfast each day. Overall this hotel was good if your needing cheap accommodation and your happy to eat out for breakfast (or eat rice or noodles) apart from the mould issue and the run down building itself the staff were lovely, extremely accommodating and kept the rooms clean.

Overall stay was a bit okay, there’s a weird smell coming from the washroom of the hotel. It was noisy every morning out side of our room they were doing construction or some other work couldn’t really get enough good sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful!!

Not told about guest facilities, made long local call to an airline, found out later 4000rph per minute. Cost me 184000rph. Cheaper to buy sim. Towels not changed, when query told leave towels on floor... Should be changed every day anyway. Big rain storm next night found room flooded 1cm deep, had to mop up with towels...

We waited over an hour for the driver to pick us up from he airport and my friend and I was on the same floor but in othersides of the floor. The buffet breakfast didn't cater for all cultures besides scrambled eggs.

Comfortable and Convenient

Neo hotels are great. They are basic, but still clean and comfortable with the basic amenities like a kettle and coffee. The bed at this place is quite comfortable. The wifi is good! Waver's now and again, but that is expected here. It was fast and reliable. It is also in a very convenient location. I would there were more hotel Neo's in the world!

Easy access and affordable hotel

Room is clean, staff are very friendly and attentive. The only downside is the room is not sound proofing which is very noisy when someone talking outside. It's much more better if they can change the toilet door, coz it can't be lock and there is a gap when toilet door closed.

Good, somewhat standard hotel

Hotel Neo Seminyak is a nice, fresh hotel with the only real downside being that it maybe lacks a bit in character. The hotel feels quite chainy, which isn't always a bad thing though. It was new, the rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable, and it was really great considering the price level. The location is a bit between areas, but you can easily get into both Seminyak and Canggu on a scooter. Breakfast was decent, but perhaps more southeast asian than western. Overall great value for the money.

Cons Tea/coffee never restocked in three night stay. Pool gets no sun. Failure to restock toilet paper correctly. Tiny balconies with no ashtray or chair supplied. Beds made, sheets changed only on request. Room safe barely holds an ipad. Horrible stench from drain right at front entrance, not a good welcome. Pro's Staff friendly Modern rooms but very small Very comfortable bed

Close to great restaurants

We were originally given room 509 and quickly released we couldn't stay in that room. It is directly below an A/C compressor or something similar and made a loud, pulsating noise at approximately 8 second intervals and made it very hard to sleep. They happily moved us to Room 219 which was on the other side of the hotel and very quiet and comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is for the hotel to place the same "Shhh. Quiet Zone" signs that they have in the lobby, in the hallways on all hotel floors. Some disrespectful guests would slam the doors early each and every morning and talk extremely loudly to each other, without a care that there are people in other rooms trying to sleep.
