The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good. The condition of the property is very run down, it wasn’t clean or maintained consistently around the pool area. The photos are pre Covid which the manager admitted to when I complained about the property not being presented as it is in Expedia. The pool looks great in photos but there want even sun lounge cushions to lay on. Floorboards around the pool were rotting and in fact one guest put her foot through a board. Access to the pool was a huge step up and the tiles around the pool were slippery and loose. Staff were wonderful. Property and room was very clean. Very good location and no shortage of transport opportunities. The only disappointment was that the property is advertised as having bar but has not reopened since covid, however there is a lovely bar and restaurant just around the corner and an abundance of eateries and bars with easy walking distance.
