This villa is all about the location. So close to the Main Street of Seminyak though tucked away in a quiet corner. Very spacious. It’s not the most modern villa but that made it more comfortable. The host, manager and cleaner all went out of their way to make our stay the best we’ve had in Seminyak:)

We paid and booked for 8 nights but the villa wasn’t at all suitable for a stay and we left the day after arriving. Very old, tired and poorly maintained and not at all what we expected. Future holiday makers beware: The online photos do not depict the villa’s current condition.

#### Great Location!

We had 3 Adults and 3 Kids under 9 who stayed in this villa. To be honest, it was enough for us as we were always out. It was a fantastic location. Walking distance to all major restaurants, shopping etc. The only thing is the living areas are open. So if you leave a crumb of food anywhere, the ants are marching in. haha.. The pool was great entertainment for the kids and those hot days but overall the villa was abit run down but clean. Great communication too and quick laundry service. We would come back here again.
