The evening staff was AMAZING! Melissa and Hugh were extremely helpful and kind. They both went above and beyond to make our check in and stay smooth, easy and memorable. Those two were fantastic and deserve the biggest shout out. The staff on duty the following morning were lackluster and might benefit from shadowing Melissa on guest experience. If there had been anyone else in the lobby as we were leaving, I could understand why they weren’t as helpful. But it was just my 8 year old and I struggling to get our things out the door and to the truck, then search for someone who had my keys.. Check out was a bit of a let down after the brilliant interaction the night before.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with an incredibly comfortable bed. We did notice that the carpet was wet around the bar fridge, which was a little inconvenient.
Our only other small grumble would be the lack of accessible ice for guests. We had to ask staff to get some for us, although there is a microwave area where an ice machine could easily be located.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful, the room was comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again!
