#### Holiday for 7 in Sumartin

The Property was in a small village, situated by the sea and has fantastic sea views. The property is not isolated- it has houses to each side. The layout and decor of the house was tasteful and perfect for a relaxed holiday and the aircon in the bedrooms was appreciated. Angela the lady who managed the property locally was very helpful, kind and spoke excellent English. The kitchen was open plan and fine for holiday requirements but as we self catered for 7 people for a week, the lack of worktop space was a bit small for this size of property.

#### Phantastische Lage

Wir waren zu sechst für eine Woche in der Villa Luna. Die Lage am Meer ist ein Traum. Das Wasser ist glasklar, die Nachbarn ruhig, der Ort in Gehweite. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sauber und ok, sehr geschmackvoll aber nicht unbedingt funktionell. Zb gibt es keine Hängekästen. Die Küchenausstattung könnte auch besser sein. Dafür gibt es gute Sonnenliegen, gute Terrassen, den Perfekten Pool....Alles in allem ein tolles Haus und jedenfalls weiterzuempfehlen.

#### Erholsamer Urlaub in Villa Luna Sumartin

Wir haben das Haus für 12 Tage im Juli 2015 gemietet. Wer Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Abseits von Massentourismus und Halli Galli. Das Meer befindet sich direkt vor der Türe und ist ein Traum! Von der Terrasse des Hauses kann man jeden Tag Delfine beobachten. Die Räume sind schön und offen gestaltet (SZ haben Klimaanlage). Pool ist toll für Kinder, aber aufgrund der direkten Lage am Meer, nicht wirklich notwendig. Die Ortschaft Sumartin ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Dort befinden sich 3 Restaurants und 1 Supermarkt. In der naheliegenden Ortschaft Selca (ca.3 km) gibt es ein wunderbares Restaurant namens "Brachia" (ausgezeichnete Küche!!). Die Betreuung vor Ort von Angela war hervorragend. Mountain-Bike-Verleih möglich. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder, dann allerdings für 4 Wochen!
