Had a two night stay for work and bed was comfortable, room had a TV with Netflix, Youtube etc. Night staff seemed a bit blunt however day staff were lovely. Didn’t get chance to try restraint / bar but the area looked really nice. Only issue is distance from town centre. The check in was done by a sad person who thought thd end of the day was closer but realised she had yo come back thd next day. The rooms were clean and well laid out. The furniture looked from the 60s and was in a state of disrepair from that decade as well. The beds were like a trampoline, soft and so bouncy my wife nearly hit the roof when sitting down. Carpet looked better than a dogs dinner but not by much. The single ply toilet paper allowed me to give myself a prostate exam. We asked for a double bed but got two singles, just like the first time i visited the wife's parents, thanks for that memory.
