On the first floor it has 4 air- conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has double and pull out single beds and ensuite bathroom with sea view terrace and seating. Bedroom 2 has double bed with bathroom with sea view terrace and seating. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with ensuite bathroom with Juliet balcony. Bedroom 4 has two single beds with sea view terrace and seating. OUTSIDE has a kidney shaped open heated pool 9.5m x 4m with a Jacuzzi massage, waterfall and Roman steps with nigh time underwater lights. It has a large terrace around it with gorgeous sea views. While you are swimming in the pool, you can view the sea. In front of the pool there is a large shaded area with comfortable seating and table. To the left of the pool there is a hot tub Jacuzzi with uninterrupted sea views. Next to the Jacuzzi is a large terrace with a traditional stone built barbecue and a big wooden table and 8 chairs and a wine cooler. To the right of the pool is a new wooden decking sunbathing platform for 2 sun loungers. Further down the garden there is a small gate giving excess to a path which is 60 meters leading down to the beach, where you can park a boat. Next to the villa there is parking space for two cars. BEACH AND LOCAL AMMINTIES the path leading to the beach connects you to a walk way along the beach with beautiful views of the sea and local islands. A long this walk way includes bars and small beaches for swimming. Further on you reach a number of bars, restaurants all with sea views offering a wide range food including traditional Dalmatian grilled fish and meat, with Pizza, Pasta and ice cream. Within the distance of only 1 km from the villa you can enjoy the following: basketball, jet ski, surfing, bocce etc. On this same walk way you can take a relaxing 30 min ride with a Taxi –boat to discovery the historic town of Trogir. SEGET VRANJICA in the village where you will find a supermarket, bakery and numerous bars and traditional Dalmatian restaurants called Konoba’s all a short walk (500 meters) from the villa. TROGIR, SPLIT, NATIONAL PARKS AND AIRPORT in Trogir you can rent a car, motorbike or a boat. Trogir was founded by Greek settlers from the island of Vis in the third century BC. On this antique breeding ground lies the historic centre of the city of Trogir. In the medieval walled town centre there is a preserved castle, a tower and a sequence of residential buildings and palaces from the Romanticism, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. Trogir’s most splendid building is the St. Laurentius Church. Trogir is literally a city of museums. Also there are numerous bars, traditional restaurants, shops and an all-day open market selling local and traditional produce. Split, the region's capital, with its famous Diocletian Palace built by the Roman Emperor is only 25 km away from the villa. Other visits are Krka National Park and the Kornati Islands National Park which are not far from the villa. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Dora H. 1 sept. 2017 #### Maison de rêve, moderne, super bien situé, mer à 2 min, piscine et jacuzzi Nous avons passé avec nos enfants, mon frère et mes parents une semaine dans cette villa merveilleuse. L'Intérieur est très moderne, joliment meublé et décoré. Le jardin est très contemporain les palmiers sont superbes il y a plusieurs aires très sympa; canapés d'extérieur, petits coins séparés, tables, et un super terrasse couvert pour les repas en famille juste à côté du BBQ. Nous avons acheté le matin des poissons sur le marché de Trogir et le soir on les faisait griller. D'habitude on loue une maison avec juste piscine mais ici le jacuzzi a eu un très grand succès au près des petits et grands. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais très jolie, j'apprécie tout particulièrement la qualité des chaises longues au tour avec vue sur mer. La mer est à 100 m en descendant par un chemin avec des marches juste à côté de la maison. Sur la plage du camping juste en bas il y avait beaucoup de monde dans la journée mais en allant vers la droite on trouvait des petites plateformes béton plus tranquille. On a également loué un bateau à moteur chez les gars au bord de la page pour profiter des criques des îles, (pour info : location 350€ plus skipper 80€ plus 220 € carburants ) Le petit magasin du village à 10 min à pied est très bien il y a même un boulangerie un peu plus loin. Le camping a une supérette pas mal non plus, mais les prix sont beaucoup plus cher que sur le marché ou dans le supermarché Aldi à Trogir, qui est étonnamment bien fourni. La ville de Trogir est tres mignon on y est allé en bateau par l'embarcation de juste en bas sur la plage, mais il y a beaucoup trop de monde dans les petites ruelles. Par contre on a trouvé une super restaurant konoba Trs, un peu cher ( je veux dire les prix comme en France...) , mais vraiment très bon. Nous n'avons resté qu'une semaine dans la maison, mais on y retournerait avec plaisir. Merci. ##### Dora H. The photos of the property exactly show you, what it holds in advance, I‘ll only write about my personal highlights: 4 bedrooms with a wonderful view, balconies and 3 bathrooms, two en-suite, a lovely and heated (28 degrees) pool, a real jacuzzi with a view to the sea, very comfortable and fairly enough sunbeds, a lovely garden with palm, olive and grapefruit trees and beautiful flowers and diverse plants. You only had to walk down some stairs along a short path directly to the sea where you can go swimming in crystal clear and clean water. By the way, house and garden were neat and tidy when we arrived. Access to the house and communication with the host were really easy and always warm and friendly. Even the neighbours are such nice people who welcomed us with a basket of fresh clementines directly from their tree. I‘ve felt like in a dream, a very good dream. I could go on praising like this, I can only recommend visiting and we‘ll definitely come back. Seget, the village itself, is quite quiet in autumn, what I actually appreciate. A 10-minutes-car drive away or you can go by water taxi very near to the house, is Trogir, a very nice ancient town with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. Great location, just a short walk from the villa down to the coastal path, where there were restaurants, bars and ice cream shops. A 8 minute walk to other restaurants and little grocery shop. There is a ferry to Trogir which we used to go and explore Trogir. There is also a water park (inflatables on the sea) within walking distance of the villa too.The Villa was spotless, beautifully decorated and looked after, and had everything we needed. We had lots of family giggles in the lovely heated pool. There were plenty of sunbeds and lovely shaded outside areas. We had a lovely time in the villa which was perfect for us. The main attraction has to be the outside space with beautiful views over the sea. There was plenty of space for 7 adults to lounge around the pool, sit and chat on the veranda and eat together in the evening with the BBQ in action on a couple of evenings. The hot tub was very welcome in the slightly cooler evenings in late September. There are lots of steps both inside and out and the stairs would probably not suit anyone slightly infirm. If hiring a car - make sure they are small! The beach/promenade area below the villa was really well maintained and was great for a stroll and a sundowner overlooking the sea. One of our party ran into trogir on a couple of occasions and felt perfectly safe doing so. The little ferry was also a lovely way to get into Trogir for an evening out. The restaurant Konoba Kamenica in the small marina was lovely - but they don't take reservations so you have to get there early! All in all, a lovely place to stay. Thanks Zoran! ##### helen i. Die Aussicht war top. Pool war schön. Das Meer ist richtig warm gewesen. Etwas ruhigere Städchen, aber Trogir ist in der Nähe. Well positioned to walk to bakery and shop in the village and a few bars and restaurants. Sea taxi to Trogir and hire of SUPs are available at the beach around 200 meters away. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with the most stunning views from every window. The outside space is beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect place to enjoy the pool, hot tub and al fresco dining area. There are cafes, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, bakeries, mini-markets and water sports within easy walking distance and the water-taxi to Trogir is a must. The only small negatives would be that the towels, bed linen and the curtains in the master bedroom could be better quality so that they are more in-keeping with the otherwise 5 star experience. ##### Moira B. Nice to chill by pool and gorgeous view but water sports and water taxi into Trogir 2 min walk. There’s a couple of restaurants/ bars and take away beach front but venture in to Trogir Old Town by water taxi - very special Easy to visit islands too -good base to explore Car advised. Clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need. We particularly liked the outside space. Within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. The only negative I would say is that the stairs are steep with very narrow treads and the villa is on lots of levels both inside and outside . Das Haus inklusive Pool und allem ist wirklich mit Liebe zum Detail in einer Top Lage erbaut.Man geht nur wenige Schritte zum Meer. Das Wasser in den Buchten ist einfach traumhaft, so ein tolles Meer hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr!Das Haus ist neben einem Campingplatz, dort könnte man alles mitbenutzen aber es ist nicht überlaufen u laut. Zu Fuß kann man in wenigen Minuten einen Bäcker, Minimarkt u gute Restaurants erreichen, nur in der Campinganlage ist es etwas überteuert.Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!! ##### Stefanie T. Very friendly and answered any questions immediately.A beautiful villa in a great location with amazing views. Outside area was stunning and very well thought out. A very clean villa with everything you need with a real home from home feel. Location good for sightseeing. We took a taxi into Trogir old town one evening and had a fabulous meal & drinks at Don Dino’s, we enjoyed it so much that we visited a second time. Lots of opportunities to book a boat trip to the islands which was a great day out. Highly recommended. ##### Michelle H.
