The morning that we were to checkin we received a call that the AC was broken and not to worry as they were working on sending us new properties to choose from. Within minutes of the call I got 5 new listings all of which were equal or better than what we originally booked. We chose this property and was not disappointed. We travelled with my two young children and elderly parents and this house and location were perfect. Everything was clean and orderly and there was plenty of space. A few minutes walk down the road and you were right in uptown Sedona with all the shops and restaurants. And at the end of the road were spectacular hiking trails. We spent so much time on the private deck enjoying the stunning views and the wildlife; we saw deer, coyote, and a javelina all from the house! Everything was wonderful. ##### Kimberly D. Our Sedona getaway was a dream at this house. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning views that took our breath away. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise - well-equipped and perfect for any culinary enthusiast. The responsiveness of hosts was incredible. The kettle didn’t work, but they dropped off one within a hour and overall it was a memorable and delightful experience. We traveled with our two young-adult children and the house accommodated our need for separate space/bedrooms and wonderful shared spaces inside and out. The house is tucked away with a short, lovely walk through a beautiful neighborhood to morning coffee, shopping, trailheads and great food options. We were surrounded by breathtaking views at every angle. The night sky treated us to views of the Milky Way and shooting stars. Inside, everything was new. Gorgeous decor, fully-appointed clean kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. We just loved it. It was totally relaxing and we felt like everything was prepared for our arrival and ease.
