There is also a cozy guest room with 2 twin beds and a full guest bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with a spacious dining area nearby. The comfy seating area with a TV provides a great space for unwinding, while the washer and dryer offer added convenience for longer stays. Lower Level: The lower level includes a cozy living room area with a TV, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. A full bath with a shower-tub combo ensures comfort and convenience for guests. The queen guest room features a comfortable queen bed, and there's a private desk space for those who need to get some work done during their stay. Outdoor Space: Enjoy breathtaking views throughout the property, visible from both the upper and lower-level decks. The outdoor areas feature dining and seating spaces, perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: \-Abide by our rental terms and conditions. \-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI. \-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay. You can ask to add an additional day at any time and we are happy to extend your reservation if there is not a booking immediately following your stay! Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times. Dark Sky Ordinance: Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. Fire Rings: Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1\. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings. Gorgeous home with stunning views off the deck. Such a joy to wake up and watch the sunrise light up the massive red rock formations and listen to the birds over coffee. And then to do it again at sunset as the light changes during golden hour. The house is beautifully appointed and the private community makes for relaxing walks, plus convenience to the nearby Oak Creek community. A super short and scenic drive to Sedona, but without all the traffic and chaos of staying in Sedona proper. So convenient to all area tourist destinations. Can’t say enough good things.
